Valiant Comics began as an imprint of Voyager Communications, established in 1989 in part by former Marvel editor-in-chief Jim Shooter. It was discontinued in 1996 after being bought out by Acclaim Entertainment. After Acclaim closed its doors in 2004, the publisher was revived as Valiant Entertainment and has been publishing new material since May 2012.
"Ivar, timewalker" and "Ninja K" aren't interesting to me, because the stories about time travels and ninja aren't to my liking, but it seems well write. Imperium and Divinity seems awesome, but in this moment i want read something with a more simple plot. Remains Bloodshot Reborn and it seems exactly what I want in this moment: a story with a good description of the character, with good art and with the possibility to have interesting future developments: is Bloodshot becoming insane or is Kay really come back and if is Kay real, what is Bloodsquirt?
Hmm...spose I'll go with Bloodshot Reborn. One of my favorite characters, check. One of my favorite writers, check. Great story, check. Divinity was something I considered as well, but I have to give the edge to Bloodshot Reborn since it is an ongoing series.
Imperium has been my favorite. Dysart's run on Harbinger was my favorite of the first wave of Valiant books (followed closely by Vendetti's X-O), and he has been knocking it out of the park with Imperium as well. Bloodshot and Ninjak have been really entertaining as well with only a few issues out. I didn't care for Ivar much and have yet to get Divinity.
