It saddens me that this is being tied into an other more popular book, but it's to be expected from this sort of title. But as I state in my review that I would only allow a crossover with a Superman (or half in this case) title to have this epic match done.

Lobo's been stomped by Supergirl multiple times. Who in turn is much weaker than Superman himself. I smell inconsistencies aplenty coming...

It just doesn't feel the same with this new Lobo...

Heroes vs. heroes never interest me. The last hero vs. hero fight I saw and loved was Supes v. Diana.

What do you mean here? It's abundantly clear that Supergirl is vastly weaker than Superman in power levels. Why would this fight change anything?

Sadly this is probably not going to be half as fun as the animated fight between these two.

I don't like this new Lobo

What can I say? This cover is pretty badass, but so was the cover “Supergirl vs Lobo”. There he also was choking her (favorite New-52 Lobo’s tactic, probably), but in issue itself she quickly broke his neck. Lobo will need some serious power-up or preparation time to be of any threat for Superman.

Nope, she got beaten by an alien nanite Superman clone. Downright humiliated. Then the real Superman showed up and stomped the nanite clone with ease. That shows how much less powerful she really is than Superman.

I love the way Jae Lee draws. I just love his art, man...

@sog7dc: to be honest i don't like his superman too much but i really like his style,it is unique to say the least (to the other end his batman is phenomenal imo)

He draws the best cities. I become mroe of a fan every time I look at his work. Man, I'd love to work with that guy. The way he draws Superman and Supergirl holding the debris and the bridge is just so exact and, to me, it shows how effortlessly strong the kryptonians are. I'm a fanboy of that art lol.

@sog7dc: You like Jae Lee's Batman/Superman art? I admit he can draw Batman and Gotham well but I strongly dislike how he draws Superman and lighter environments. They just look horrible and cities look bad in daylight.

Eh. Different strokes, I guess. I often reread the first issues of his run just to see the art. Ich finde es toll!

@sog7dc: Lee is also slow in his artistic duties like another artist named Lee we're both familiar with ;) Also I think Ben Oliver filled in some pages for that first issue.

Me thinks it must be something to do with those initials, me thinks. At any rate I'd much rather work withe Jae than Jim on a project in the future. Ben Oliver is an outstanding Superman artist, in my opinion.

@saint_wildcard: I only have interest in a hero fighting a villain. I want to see a fight with meaning, not a petty disagreement.

Not arguing that it would be inconsistency, but with Lobo now having a book. It would be nice to see Bunn power him up to the level of Superman.

Supergirl....She not grow up as same as superman,she just a childern,she cant as strong as superman,but future,i belive it

@sog7dc: I'd prefer to work with Jim than Jae myself. True the final product would take ages to be completed but it would be something I could at least appreciate in all its grandeur when the story is done.

@powerwoman: yes,she is probably as strong as superman,at least this is true for the earth-2 superman.
