Who should play as Storm in X-men: Apocalypse?

Damn this poll list suck. Storm is not that damn light or big racial. Aaliyah movie sucked. And Zendaya can keep it moving cause she damn well ain't playing Storm.

Aaliyah kinda looks more like Storm but her face it just not interesting. So I voted for Zendaya.

Zendaya is too pale to play Storm and is a annoying actress. I don't know much about the other girl, but I hear bad things.

I actually think Alexandra Shipp is a good actress but the Aaliyah movie was just directed terribly. I think They should keep looking for other actresses though.

Honestly I probably wouldn't cast either of them. But I went with Alexandra because Zendaya is just too pale. Have the casting directors and some comic artists (*cough Greg Land) even looked at Kenyan women before? With an African American dad (not mixed) and a kenyan mother Storm should not/never be depicted as light skinned imo.

The white hair and blue eyes should contrast her african features Not make her look her look whitewashed. Thats what I like about Victor Ibanez.

Either would be fine really.

I think what would matter most is how she is portrayed as a character, as opposed to how the character looks.

Then again, I am an old granny so meh!

Jhazz can you please look for actresses that are actually Storm's complexion like wth lol. The casting directors keep looking for these light skin girls to be Storm. If either of these light skin girls be Storm I'm going to rage.

We can't have a darker skin toned Storm in the next and future X-movies. There's a reason behind it. The reason is Halle berry reprised her role in X-men Days of Future Past, that movie was basically about wolverine going back to the past and changing it to ensure a good future. So we know at the end of X-men Days of Future Past the future is all well and good with Halle Berry still as Storm. Halle Berry happens to light skinned and we know the next X-men Movie(X-men:Apocalypse) will take place in the past,the 80's I think. So since we already know the future of the X-men and it involves Halle Berrys Storm, how could it possibly make sense to have a Dark skinned Storm In The past and a Light skinned Storm in the Future. Therefore it would make sense to choose a light skinned actress for X-men Apocalypse. But for me I don't care weather she is light skinned is or dark skinned, as long as she can act and has the beauty of Storm I'm good.

Absolutely love these or maybe Yaya Dacosta. Zendaya and Alexandra just don't have the feel for Storm IMO.

I only made two choices since they were the names mentioned on the article i have posted on my first post.

Well, no, that's reductio ad absurdum. I wouldn't cast her for young Storm anyway, she's 25. I'd cast her for a reboot circa 2020, which I do hope we get.

I didn't brought it up. It was somebody else. Somebody was telling me that I like a lighter-skinned Storm which is half-true. Well, I also have chosen some actresses/models who are not light-skinned but can pull it off as Storm.

Zendaya could fit the bill, but I watched Shake it Up and I found her irritating at times and am doubtful of her acting skills to play Storm.. but that's just my two cents worth.
