I don't like how a bunch of people think that it was electro just because of the lightning even though he didn't even exist in the ask movie verse yet but yeah if I had to say most likely norman osborn. I mean who else could it possibly be that has a connection to peter's parents that worked at hmmm... OSCORP!

i felt the same way, and i hated it even more when he was announced as the next villain lol! made me look like a chump even though Max and that guy clearly have nothing in common, it didn't help my case
