Who's actually smarter, Otto, or Peter?

I'm unsure who is actually smarter. I'm sure that Peter has more raw intellect, but Otto has more experience and knowledge. Please tell me if I'm incorrect.

@punyparker: really.... i would have guessed the the three smartest people in marvel where Reed, Tony and Bruce. follow by Hank Pym, Peter (a draw here) and maybe Beast

Actually, I think Tony is a little overrated, and remember that Pym is the "Scientist Supreme".

I'd go with Reed, then Doom, Pym, Banner, a three-way tie between Peter, Stark, T'Challa, then the rest.

Some of Peter's feats recently have been incredible, like the suit that bends light and sound. As far as I know, Tony hasn't managed to develop such stealth tech.

Peter is smarter.

Peter has better raw thinking, but Otto has better tactical, analytical, and operational thinking. Plus he has better goals than Peter ever did. Sad he tried to control the city......

@blackspidey2099: What Reed said was that Peter score the same IQ as he did when he was Peter's age and that is completely possible since IQ can increase or decrease with the age .

The whole point of superior spider-man was Peter is smarter. Thats why Otto gave up his body.

Otto. At least from a more scientific standpoints. The guy whip up advanced cybernetics like its nothing . It was also recently stated that Otto's intellect is centuries ahead of its time.
