Which Writer do you Want for The Amazing Spider-man 3?

since kurtzman and orci have left the project i figured we can discuss which writers from critically acclaimed tv series and movies we can discuss even great ones who are big fans of the wall crawler. so i'll start off with my list:

Drew Goddard-cabin in the woods, daredevil, cloverfield and buffy the vampire slayer

John Hugo-skyfall, aviator, hugo, rango, coriolinus, and gladiator

Matthew Weiner-sopranos and mad men

Jeff Davis-criminal minds and teen wolf

Alex Garland-never let me go, 28 days later and Dredd

Aaron Sorkin-the social network, moneyball, and charlie wilson's war

Ramin Bahrani-99 holmes

so anybody from any writers you think would make a great spiderman film?

They need to get rid of Marc Webb to make the 3rd film a great one. He's insanely talented at the romantic stuff but he can't direct action or completely coherent films

@punyparker: kurtzman, pinkman nor orci aren't writing for the third movie and if sony hires below average writers they're fucked. so this thread bis not enitrely useless

Where did you read they have left the project? It's true they have broken up but I thought Kurtzman was still focusing on Spider-man franchise while Orci concentrated on Star Trek. I like Jeff Davis. And if they can get Nolan it will be beyond awesome,

The thought of Sorkin or Weiner on Spider-Man makes me laugh.

I'll go with Michael Bacall. Between the new Jump Street movies, Scott Pilgrim, and Manic, I think he'd fit well with Spider-Man.
