What's the canon Peter Parker voice for you?

So, several actors have portrayed our favourite wall crawler - Josh Keaton, Neil Patrick Harris, Christopher Daniel Barnes, Drake Bell, Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire etc. etc. So - what do you take as the canon voice for Peter Parker? I tend to read Spidey comics with Andrew Garfield's accent for Spidey.

It's not really defined for me. It's between my own default reading voice, and James Arnold Taylor's voice. He's mostly known for his role as Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank, and Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Clone Wars TV show. He's only played Spidey in the Lego Marvel game, but it was just so perfect. Sounded like Spidey to me. So his voice is either one of those two whenever I read a Spidey comic.

Ah, yes... the voice in LEGO MARVEL was really good. Although - yeah, sometimes I vary.

Well I mean I read comics in my own voice sooo... that's out of the question and choosing my favorite is tough I must say. There's Andrew Garfield with the subtle New Yorker accent and he pulls off sounding like a regular teen almost perfectly (admittedly he goes a smidge too far with the stutter in the first film though) and then there's Josh Keaton. None of the reality you get out of Garfield but he pulls off the charisma excessively he's the only one that just sounds perfect spouting out all of Spidey's trademark quips. Both bring different and great things to the table so it's a toss up between the two there's no contest out of the rest though in my eyes (or rather ears I should say) sorry.

Andrew Garfield and Josh Keaton, I think, are both good for their respective depictions.

Yo I aint gona lie, Marvel Ultimate Alliance was the definitive Marvel game. The only voice I didn't like was Daredevil but I got Spiderman TAS for that :P Oh and Doom's voice was the best.

Definitely Josh Keaton for me, no one else will ever be a better Spider-Man than him...Unless Max Thierot get's cast in a reboot or something.

But I'll go with Rino Romano or Christopher Daniel Barnes for an older Peter Parker/ spiderman, Josh Keaton if it's a younger one.

Josh Keaton or Drake Bell, I think both their voices actually fit perfectly in my head when I think of Spider-man. If I had to pick I'd go Josh Keaton though.

Back in the day It was Christopher Daniel Barnes, but now his more in lines of 2099 or Noir. Depending on the moment it a toss up between Josh Keaton and Andrew Garfield for Amazing Spider-Man.

It also depends on the writer and the story. In Slott's run and other light-hearted depictions, I usually hear Keaton's VO, but in some stories like Grim Hunt, Superior Spider-Man, JMS' run, etc. my mind defaults to CDB.

Before Spider-Man PS4: My top 3 are Christopher Daniel Barnes, Josh Keaton and Rino Romano in that order.

After Spider-Man PS4: My top 3 still are Christopher Daniel Barnes and Josh Keaton, but now my third most favorite is easily Yuri Yowenthal, sorry Mr. Romano, you're still one of my favorite VA for Spidey, but not my number 3.
