Ultimate Spider-Man...return?
I hope not. the Ultimate universe has a better rule with death, usually people who die don't come back.
Most likely, yes. Sooner or later, and that later might be months, years, or even decades from now, sooner or later, it's likely that someone somewhere will decide to bring Ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker back. It may be forever, it may be for a few issues. But odds are on it happening, somehow, eventually.

Though I hate Miles Morales. He's a terrible replacement Spider-Man IMO. But despite this I hope Ultimate Peter Parker stays dead. Aside from Ultimate Thor, I don't think anyone's ever come back from the dead in the Ultimate universe.

I want him to come back but I can't imagine any writer bringing him back.Unless they run out of ideas.

Exactly. And I like Miles being Spider-Man. If Peter were around and/or Miles had a different identity then I feel like Miles's journey would have less weight.
No he won't come back and they messed up a golden opportunity to make fresh completely different take on Spider-man when they created Miles.
They should have kept Mile's base idea. Made him like 24-29 years old and given him a different outlook. Like maybe a criminal turning over a new leaf. All they gave us with Miles was Peter Parker 2.0. Why kill off a perfectly good character to replace him with a 13 year old with limited story potential? they should have actually taken a risk and broken the mold instead they've given us what we've already seen (a kid with Spider-powers who wants to help people).
Not to mention forcing Miles on us so soon after Peter's death felt wrong to me. They could have given the universe time to grieve and see the repercussions of a world without Spider-man instead of instantly forcing a new guy on us. At least if Miles was older they could have given him a love interest or at least made the stories plausible.
Call me when Miles has his 18th Birthday and i'll give him another shot until then Ult Spider-man is dead to me!
@acer51: Totally...
I really hope he comes back, cause i want to start reading Ultimate again...!
Bendis really dissapointed me on the animated series....its time to get back to ol' good comic P.Parker
I think Ultimate Spider-man was starting to get bad towards the end, I started losing interest around the time Mark Bagley left
They were pretty thorough killing him.
I could never stand to read anything from the Ultimate Universe after that. Spiderman was everything.
@Sufferthorn: Parker was the reason Ultimate was good......i mean....Parker is the reason Spiderman is a success....dont kill him,its a MISTAKE!
Oh! and,why Bagley left? money?
I don't like this world I don't have a Peter Parker as Spider-Man. I loved Ultimate Spider-Man! Give me something damn it!
@unpopularkarama: Miles is good, but no Pete....We have NO Peter Parker in ANY Spider-Man comic now.....do you perceive on that!?!
@punyparker I absolutely hate that there is no Peter Parker in current comics. Ultimate Spider-Man was incredible.

Lol thats so true. Marvel has officially eliminated Peter Parker...boooooo.
@strider92: How many times must I tell you I simply love your spidey-centered ideas?
@strider92: How many times must I tell you I simply love your spidey-centered ideas?
Yeah,the dude has it....
@ninjablade09 And to all of you!
Read Ultimate X-Men #34-38....
Writer:Bendis....the BEST Logan-Peter dialog i ever read!!!...it's hilarious and good written,AWESOME!!!
I REALLY hope Spiderman dosn't come back.
I also want Miles Morals to die so he'll stop being a shame to his legacy.
How is Miles a shame?
i don't think he'll come back maybe in sometype of plot they clone him and make him evil, possibly even a reoccurring villain (we've seen this) but him as spider-man again no!
also i'm not against miles as spider-man ( or kaine or oc for that matter) i just don't like their being no peter parkers running around marvel comics anymore. at this point if you say peter parker is spider-man you'd be incorrect (that's stupid).
i hope this superior thing doesn't last too long, i need more pete
@bezza: because it's an alternate universe where peter isn't spider-man anymore. IF they started the story off like that then people wouldn't complain, but they read about peter and got use to peter, but if you didn't read about peter it would be like reading idk spider-man 2099 where it was just another universe version.
If peter ever came back some villain would kill all his friends, simple as that. He was unmasked, and we all know how great being unmasked for spider-man was before
I REALLY hope Spiderman dosn't come back.
I also want Miles Morals to die so he'll stop being a shame to his legacy.
How is Miles a shame?
I'll tell you why...
He has the exact same origin story, He was bitten by
a Spider after coincidentally being at Peter Parker's
funeral where Gwen told him why Peter did what he did.
The Spider was coincidentally from Norman Osborn's labs...
and he's one of the youngest superheroes to be
introduced, he als recently lost one of his parents and will
likely feel the guilt of it forever.
What's different about him exactly then?
He's not a nerd.....he just has an obese nerdy friend
He is black/african american/latino/whatever
He is a politically correct copy....and the only way to make him even more politically correct would be to make him gay....and let's hope to god that this doesn't happen.
I do not like political correctness for the sake of political correctness.
Luke Cage is an African American who married a white woman. Do I have a problem with this? No, Is it politically correct? Yeah, but who cares? The writing was good and it wasn't forced.
There are plenty of different superheroes of several different ethnicity and religion, we didn't need Miles Morales, and I certainly don't accept him as a valid replacement for Peter Parker.
Not that i'm against replacing a white superhero with a black superhero(just look at Nick Fury).....they're not replacing him(Nick) because they want more black people, they're replacing him because Samuel Jackson Fury is cooler......even though I will miss White Nick Fury a whole lot. :(
@unpopularkarama: Miles is good, but no Pete....We have NO Peter Parker in ANY Spider-Man comic now.....do you perceive on that!?!
With the whole more day thing t is for the best.

wouldnt say he's a shame, but he's no pete i agree there...and the whole politically correct thing is getting over the top in Marvel and DC. Classic Nick Fury will always be the best. FURY MAX is a war hardened bad @$& and Samuel L Fury is just a former real life bad mutha jedi who now has man tits no matter how thick that turtle neck is.
I think the way Ultimate Peter Parker died was the perfect bookend to one of my favorite series of all time, I hold it up as my standard for character deaths, and I hope he stays dead.
That having been said, a few earlier posters have said that it's very rare for characters to return from being dead in the Ultimate Universe, which isn't true, I can think of multiple characters off the top of my head, though a fair few can be put down to writer incompetence.
- Magneto (he's returned in the new X-Men series, he's yet to make a move, nor has his return been explained).
- Beast (It was retconned in #81 of Ultimate X-Men that his earlier death was a sham, though this explanation actually makes no sense, and this was pointless anyway since he subsequently died in Ultimatum).
- Doctor Doom (He inexplicably returned from the Zombie Universe where he'd been considered dead for years, though this was certainly due to Loeb being an idiot and not doing ANY research before writing Ultimatum).
- Juggernaut (was considered dead, then inexplicably returned in the Ultimatum X-Men tie-ins, though I'd blame this on the writer for the last handful of issues being painfully bad).
- Gwen Stacey (I'd think you Ultimate Spider-Man fans would know this better than any other).
- Thor
That's just off the top of my head and I know there's a few more, don't get me wrong, I want death to mean something in the Ultimate Universe, I don't want it to become all but meaningless like in the main 616 universe, but we can't act as though there haven't been some cop-outs in the past.

I can't really say I disagree with you but I don't have any emotions towards the character. As far as my reading goes the character seems pretty dull. However I have a have problems with your post:
How is a Black man marrying a White woman politically correct?
What does ethnicity and religion have to do with anything?

I'm sorry but that's not how it works. If you can't back up or explain your position and points then don't post them.
Seriously, having a minority superhero or having an interracial marriage isn't politcal correctness.
I'm not Trying to be racist or anything..But I Kinda don't like Black Spider-man's......That's why I want Ultimate Peter back. plus they even killed him in 616.And Everything's the same Miles got bitten by a Spider Just like peter
@redlantern23: According to some people it is. Seriously, if he has a problem with Luke and Jessica, then every mixed race/species relationship should be a problem.

Who says you can't give 13 year old love interests?
Hell I had sex with the guy I'd marry down the line at thirteen.
The law in most countries?

Child characters having crushes and romances is a thing everywhere.
You don't have to have them have sex.
@guardian_of_gravity: And that i'm fine with.
Still doesn't change my opinion that having a character that young hinders story potential far more than it helps.
I like how blacks are always the center of discussion when it comes to "It's not racist, I just dont like black-version of Spiderman" and "It's racist because he's -just- a black-version of Spiderman but younger"
Here's a reason to keep Miles as Ultimate Spiderman. Now drop it! We have more important things to argue about!

I have no problem with Nick Fury being black in the Ultimate U, movies or cartoons, my problem is Nick Fury Jr. See the problem is Jr doesn't feel like a real character, he's the only one where you don't feel like he legitimately earned his place. The Furys in all the other media give you a clear idea that these are men who worked their asses off to get where they are but Jr just feels like pure movie fan pandering and to top it off instead of truly earning the rank it feels like he was just handed it purely based on who his white daddy was which ends up making him seem like the most inadvertently racist character Marvel has ever come up with. Sorry for side tracking the thread.
