it may happen - maybe if ASM 2 flops then SONY may work with disney to get spidey in Avengers 2/3 to raise hype for him

1. It won't flop.The marketting for this was as big as for Iron Man 3.
2. ASM flopped and nothing.If SONY and Arad won't say yes,then nothing will happen.

This is random,but Kevin Feige is an Exec at the new Fantastic Four movie.......along with Avi Arad.
I know Feige was an exec in Amazing Spider-Man ,but he's not in ASM 2...

Yeah. They are exec's on every Marvel movie no matter what studio it's from due to the Marvel brand. But both have less power with Fox films than Avi has with Sony or Feige has with Marvel.

Dude, I just looked at the source and it's IMDB. They are not reliable. His name will be attached until stated other wise like with X-Men and ASM2 both had his name back when they were filming. No that it matters anyway, he way to over hyped like Whedon.

Yeah,but Feige IS NOT attached to these movies....at all...also in XMen first Class he's not a producer,so your point is invalid.

I know he isn't part of these films, but he was attached to ASM 2 last February and everybody thought it meant something. And you just brought up another reason why he most likely will not produce FF, he hasn't done a Fox movie since X3 because he left Fox for Marvel Studios.

This is not a prank. Marvel Studios, and Sony Pictures have just announced they will be meshing their Cinematic Universes in what Kevin Feige calls a "Mutually beneficial partnership". Spider-Man is not going to appear in Age of Ultron, however appearances for him or Peter himself in phase 3 is "in the works".
