More Spiders than Bats?

I have to ask people, OFFICIALLY, how many Spider base characters are running around 616 verse now? It's got to be more than Bat base heroes/heroines in DC right?

Spider-man, Kaine, Venom, Patrick is still out there somewhere in the Iron Spider armor, Madame Webb, Spider-girl, Spider Woman, and Carnage

I can't think of anymore off the top of my head

so that's 8

then there's the Bats

there's Batman, Tim, Dick, Jason, Kate, and Babs

Well, there's also Batwing. I don't read the title but he's still around, right.

Also, does Man Bat count?

They should.

Spidey,Kaine,Venom,Toxin,Carnage, Patrick still has the Iron Spider armor, and Spider-Girl from Spider-Island. I don't count Spider-Woman because she doesn't have anything to do with the others.

Definitely more Spiders. Off the top of my head we got spiderman, venom, kaine, ben reilly, madame web, spider-woman, spidey 2099, noir, and miles. Thats already a handful.

I believe Bats has Huntress, Cassandra Cain & you can include Batman Beyond.

Spideys have Spider-2099.

I haven't been keeping up, so correct me if i'm wrong on the above! .

I was kind of hoping that you were mistaken because I haven't seen any of the Scarlet Spiders since the end of the Initiative

@danhimself: They were in Youth in Revolt, or at least one of them was.

Actually....Batman has Batman incorporated. And there is also Batwoman,Batwing,etc so........maybe way more bats.

Then there are more Bats then spiders.
