That's funny on CBM they are all complaining because of the hoodie, and they think he looks like Arnold as Freeze. People really think that hoodie is his real and final costume.
People want the main villain to don a costume IMMEDIATELY. I don't want to be one of those guys who bickers online, but when I see someone say something like "Why is he blue, he looks stupid blue, he was never blue" I get the urge to make it clear they don't know what they are talking about.
