i think hes beyond the definitions of hero and villain

He's the Wrath of God, hero or villain just doesn't matter.
He's a classed as a hero though it depends on the host, same goes for his Alignment.
Though I would class Aztar (Spectre's real name) as an anti-hero and class his Alignment as neutral.
