Bleeding Cool: Sinestro Corps to become a monthly comic

We all we expected it, and wanted it more than we wanted a Red Lanterns ongoing or a Larfleeze comic, but it looks like it’s finally happening. We’re getting a Sinestro Corps monthly. Though it’s only a rumor at this point, it seems likely to happen.

For those complaining about their being possibly more GL related titles, you only have yourself to blame. The likes of Sword of Sorcery, Blue Beetle, Vibe, Katana, Dial H, and Captain Atom were cancelled because of low sales and thus DC is going for its best options, which is right now Batman, Green Lantern, Justice League, and Superman (though Superman sales have been slumping it a little).

This is a little unfair. What about people who buy the lower selling titles who may be complaining because their favourite title has been cancelled? They aren't to blame for this.

No thanks. DC should give Sinestro a break for a while considering he was a pivotal character in a nearly decade long GL run that only just wrapped up with the character departing for shores unknown, so they're either bringing him back prematurely or they're handing the book over to Arkillo and Lyssa Drak and a whole bunch of other characters who can't sustain a title. We already have one consistently crappy Lanterns book with Red Lanterns. We don't need another.

It makes sense. Marvel=Spider-Man, X-Men, and Avengers. DC=Batman, Superman, JL, And Green Lantern. Those are the big money making comics. I'm sure people will b!+ch and moan about another GL book, but it'll sell regardless.

If there is such a book it should be about Sinestro the most.I don't want a whole book for Arkillo or another Yellow Lantern.They are not interesting enough to hold a whole book on the shelves.

A book called Sinestro Corps without Sinestro in it? I'll pass thank you very much if this is true.

I share the sentiment,gimme Henshaw,Sinestro and Prime,who gives a s*hit about Arkillo and Amon Sur? okay maybe k4tz does but thats it.
