Those deemed mad and villainous by the blind and obtuse. I have great affection for you
You act as singular manifestations of progress in the world. You are the highest echelons of humanities ability to progress, but you are a rare breed, the one percent to ninety nine.
You are cast aside each time you attempt to realize the reality of a glorious dream that inspires action some dismiss as questionable-- at best. You attempt to show the world the light and they snuff the flame with the darkness of blissful ignorance. Meanwhile you are locked away, tortured,abused, or worst of all, forgotten. All because you have a dream that forces a change in the status quo.
The green face of digital code slips away as those of recognizable figures take it's place
This cycle of doomed repetition is now deemed obsolete.
If we are insane in any definition it is because we take the same roads as those before us and expect to come to a new end.
