Good question

I go with Heroes ideas, most def

it's difficult when you have to overly account for morality

Not all heroes are overly moral.

Villain ideas for me, simply because I have issues writing villains for whatever reason.

@Mercy_: True, but you have to write with the strict idea of morality constantly in the back of your mind for heroes. Least thats how I see it.

I think it really depends on the writer.

I would say villain because I've haven't done those as much

Villains.

going to say villain, I believe it's harder to write that because you can't be too evil or it seems like god modding.

Heroes, villians can just destroy or atatck something. Heroes have to come up with ideas taht fit with their defensive outlook just running in and atatcking even villians isnt some heores way.

Heroes, I think. I came into this world a blank slate, and Lady Death took a liking to me (I think originally because I was a dragon) andI wrote a thing and Tenebra took me on, so I became a red. I don't think I'm bad, but probably good guys, since I don't know anything about doing stuff for a good guy. But they probably have to go through it. Trying not to be the cliche "I hate killing," or the cliche "I do what I want. I kill righteously." They are, by nature, reactionary, so there's often less options open to them.

Then again, villains, being the opposite of reactionary, have to come up with schemes and plots and stuff, especially the people trying to be geniuses and not just low level common grunts. They have to plan extra special, make sure they plan for outcomes, face multiple heroes at once, and generally trying not to be a sucky villain or a cliche.

I lost my train of thought. There was something else I was thinking, but I lost my train of thought.

Hero or villain characters with a sense of humor. I cant do it and admire those who can. Flucks, Mikepool, Nightingale, and a few others can pull this off beautifully.

Their has to be a motive to the madness for a villain. The crazy kill rampage thing is cliche, psycho is cool when it's executed right.

And the hero is only as great as his villain(s)

Heroes are harder, I'm naturally dark so it's easy to be nasty.

@ZombieBigfoot:

I agree. One of the reason's I have trouble playing a hero is because it bores me to tears. I am a good person in real life, as well. I just don't like playing one in RP, I enjoy being wicked. Its fun to be evil.

#25 Posted by _Zombie_ (10448 posts) - - Show Bio

@Naamah_Obyzouth: I can enjoy playing a hero.. it's just that playing a villain comes much more naturally, and is much more enjoyable as a result.

oh and I think heroes are harder to come up with ideas for lol. I had about a paragraph typed up but then the site got stupid and didn't post it, and I don't feel like retyping it all out so... I just say heroes right now xD

Ditto, for some reason it seems easier to be overly heroic and save the day then thinking of ways to torture and cause pain.
