@Surkit: That's probably why. I've yet to meet another adult who watched it after 16 and still got scared. Just kind of bugs me how people proclaim it to be some horror masterpiece, when it failed to scare me at all. >_>;

Edit: Don't get me wrong though, I love King's writing. It's just an exception.

It sucks because I have a condition that makes it hard for me to read and see everything properly, but wrong grammar and spelling, especially in my own stuff.

I agree with this to an extent. If you want the base of your character to be a rich CEO, I'm cool with that as long as you're backing it up. But if someone's constantly writing a character to be perfect without credibility from canon events or other writers, it's just annoying and unbelievable to read.

@Duchess: lol you hit it on the head. Not a fan of just being a C.E.O, company prez whatever, then having them only bring up that fact when it's beneficial to gaining them something. I respect peoples ambition when they do it, but that ambition won't be recognized if hard work isn't in the equation

Im not against it, but the uber powerful people who can do everything does irk me. I believe a hero or villains weakness is what makes them great, cuz they are mortal to the fans. Most people would have the guts of Batman mixed witht he power of Superman...and I wonder how fun is that character
