Web Flotsam, as they're known to humanity, is several hundred million years old, a newborn by abstract standards. It came into being shortly after the first internet was invented by one of the oldest alien civilizations and has grown stronger with every expansion to it.
Powers:
Energy manipulation:Can absorb, release, and change the form of energy.
Teleportation: Web Flotsam can teleport to any area with any form of internet.
Super speed: Web Flotsam can fly or run at the speed of light and react at these speeds at 100%.
Super strength: Can move average-sized stars with difficulty at 100%.
Information stealing: Has constant access to all information to any computer connected to any computer.
Intangibility:Can become immune to physical harm. Can still be hit by astral, telepathic, etc. attacks.
Dataflame: Can form physical objects from data and pull physical objects and people into the internet at will.
Communications master: Speaks all languages and can disable or redirect all non-telepathic communications.
Body manipulation: Can stretch his body in any way to an unknown degree. Can make weapons from his body. Moves fluidly, capable of flowing around attacks.
Regeneration: Regenerates as long as the internet exists in some form. Even returns from death eventually.
Internet manipulation: Nigh omnipotence over the internet.
Computer manipulation: Can control computers and other objects connected to the internet.
Psychic feedback: If having his mind read, he can open his mind to the internet, flooding their brains with unimaginable amounts of information. Can also use this ability to share information instantly.
Weaknesses: Has less power were there is no internet, often arrogant, usually operates at a fraction of his full power.
Personality: Enjoys messing with weaker beings for fun, often sets up games where he has heroes, villains, or even waring nations compete for a favor from him. Usually limits his power to challenge himself in battle.
Appearance: When in human guise, Web is a tall man, black hair tied back in a ponytail. He holds himself arrogantly, but moves bizarrely when moving quick. His eyes are poorly disguised, and, to the observant, are filled with rows of data hidden behind the cold gray lens. Anger makes him lose cohesion, and his form can twist in disturbing ways.
In his true form, Web is definitively nonhuman, a constantly shifting collection of silver metal and green dataflame.
