Unspoken RPG Rules

1. Read the real rules.
2. Don't recap the other persons whole post.......a little is ok, but not the whole thing.
3. Don't ask to battle someone not on your skill level. Andy, Kurrent, Morte, get don't want to have to turn you down.
4. If a battle isn't cannon. Get injured......Die. Make it worth the other players time.
5. Use correct spelling and punctuation, it makes it hard to read if you don't.
6. The story isn't always about you. Play a minor role every now and then. 

Dont tell poeople who is on there level and who is not.

Tons of accounts by one person BLOW

Very few can pull more then two accounts off...I suggest that for the most part we stick to a main account and get really badass with it

I don't know if it's been said already, but not messing with continuity. If someone posts that they kill and NPC, then in your post you can't go back and say you saved them or anything like that.

Also, show a proper amount of respect to non-CV characters, like the Batman villains who all kept getting their @sses handed to themselves in the Storm.

Also if someone's post does mess up continuity do not be afraid to actually mention something. If the person posted it then they most likely do not know they did, which could be from several reasons but that's a whole other subject. Point out the mistakes and have them edit it, if they don't then take it further and get in touch with the people putting on the rpg. If they edit it and it is still messed up point it out again. If they refuse talk to the rpg starter again. IF you are in charge of the rpg do not be afraid to ask them to delete their post if they will not change it.

Don't say you will join an RP as a main character and never post. Has a knock on effect to the whole rp, Kinda sucks. Hides from rina too.

Actually read the posts in the rpgs you are in.

Sometimes, people don't check before they NPC another person's character.  Sorry, but that just annoys the Hell out of me.  Always get permission before you NPC another person's character.  Find out what that person wants done.  i.e. I had to NPC Darkchild in "The Storm" for something.  I got his permission first, and I maintained his character the entire time.  I even got my ass owned in the process.

Exactly! To add to that keep continuity going and don't change for no apparent reason. By that I mean your character acts one way and then suddenly in another post acts completely different. It should be a slow progress or have a reason behind it, not just because. And IF you are allowed to npc someone's character in your post try and keep with the Feel of their character. If they are a hero don't have them doing messed up stuff. If you know they would stick around and fight to the death then that is what they should do, not run or flee."

But also if you have a problem with someones post, Ask them to edit most people on the vine will, if it still does not make sense PM them and talk to them about it, or ask them to remove their post.

Respecting people's character. I cant stand when someone writes an entire post running down someone elses character. There are plenty of ways to point out your characters dislike for another without totally running them into the ground or dismissing them completely. Now the offended party feels obligated to return the disrespect and it starts a cycle. No one wants to take a hit from someone after they've been run into the ground. Sell me and I'll sell you.

Also if you do ask to control or auto-hit someone else in a character and they allow you to. Do not go around and gloat like you are the big bad and the next big thing. Show the proper respect because it would not of been possible if they did not agree to it.
