To Hunt a Thief - OOC

An unknown enemy within the Panthera has been scheming against Natalia Dante for years. He, she or whomever they may be, are slowly working to ruin her life. Natalia, or otherwise known as Le Petite Chat is an infamous criminal thief who the FBI have been hunting for years... Eluding capture, the Panthera's location has been betrayed, and Kurt, the Gothic Commissioner, takes the case up himself. Wanting to finally put an end to the impressive criminals escapades.
