Oh boy , this is a good one. Nerx would create world peace, end all wars and ultimately create everlasting welfare then when everyone is complacent he will open his greatest restaurant. Planet Earth as a plate and everything else on it as food.

He would try to break that barrier and become a part of this dimension.

Your question is vague. Do you mean they LOOK like their worst enemy or were literally their worst enemy in every way shape and form?
