Designed by the Dark Vengeance and a team of the best architects (with a few suggestions from the team mates; see rec room) that money could buy, the well-hidden headquarters of the Victories is located at the lowest point that Gothic bay can reach. The main entrance to the base is solely made from vibranium and true adamantium while the inside is made from secondary-adamantium.
To access the base through any entrance whatsoever you need a key card, the 12-lock password, and have your fingerprints and eyes scanned. (There is also the chip inside their head that also gets scanned when their eyes are. This gives them telepathic immunity and a way to contact each other anywhere they are in the world) The entire facility has cameras everywhere with no blind spots whatsoever. Each camera underneath it has a both magical and technological scanner which is constantly looking for any uninvited guests. As soon as a camera goes down every team member gets a notification wherever they are. In case the camera goes down or it simply detects something out of the ordinary it instantly transforms into a turrent which will fire non-lethal lasers according to your power level. Only Dark Vengeance can access the security access room, in order to enter base he has to go through the same procedures as he does with entering the base.
The outside of the base is disguised as just another part of the sea thanks to a powerful spell provided by Lady Magicka, only team member can see it as for what it is. When Lockdown mode is activated, every room gets locked meaning no one goes in or out. Lock-down mode was especially made to keep the really strong meta-humans and mutants in. Only Dark Vengeance knows the codes for the doors in lock down mode. The facility also contains robots which are constantly patrolling the base designed by Vengeance.
The security room allows him to do the following things:
- Override Lock-down mode completely
- Gas the rooms with a non-lethal poison
- Fire the torrents at will
- Manually control the Knights. (see below)

Last son of a dead planet, he was saved by Lantern and brought to Vengeance so he could discipline him, he struggled at first but in the end he became a knight's best friend and crime's worst enemy.
Engineered by Dark Vengeance to patrol and defend the base in case of any attackers these robots are made of titanium, they are powered by electricity and solar energy, their functions are the following things :

- Bench press 5 tons
- Fly at 120 mph
- EMP proof
Paid for by the illustrious and generous Press Foundation, the Recreation Area for the Victories is installed with the latest and greatest in relaxation hardware and software. From the interchangeable music stations for each individual's private rooms to a grand main room responsible for group interactions and freedoms, even the smallest detail is maintained for the purpose of putting the occupants at rest. After all, even heroes need to bum around every once in a while.
Heavy duty barbells and state-of-the-art cardio machines are just the beginning for this masterful work of gymnastic ingenuity. There is a room specifically designed to bring out the best in each and every Victory.
Enjoy the comforts of your own private retreat without the hassle of thin walls or cramped hallways. Again, thanks to the generous Press Foundation, the Victories are able to live in solitude and can only be interrupted by a silent alarm implanted into the ceiling.
Made for solely team business and discussions, this metallic round table holds a spot for each team member. At the centre of the table there is a holographic projector which can be used for multiple purposes such as showing maps, objectives, documents, and such.
Making villains and super criminals spill their guts is the objective of this place, the location follows the traditional look of an interrogation room, except the walls are four feet thick making it very difficult for even the strongest meta-humans to break out of it and the glass is beyond missile proof.
Filled with top notch technology and weapons that could be afforded this location is where the victories keep all of their equipment and weapons. It also contains several weapons retrieved from past mission.

- The cosmic cube retrieved from the Doom doppelgänger
The most heavily guarded location of the headquarters, it is surrounded with a dozen of Knights guarding the prison. Each prison cell is tight shut after guest is placed inside, not even a fly can enter place. Inside each prison cell the inmates are put into cryogenic chambers to be more secure There are currently no prisoners inside.
The best and brightest have come from around the world to cook for the heroic elite. At least, in robot form that is. Programmed with a variety of world-class dishes and recipes, the automatic service staff provides almost peerless quality items for the Victories to enjoy. This, of course, is thanks to the generous Press Foundation.
The all star room of the head quarters that contains the best and newest equipment for any type of magic and technological research or experiment that the members might be working on such as autopsies, upgrading equipment, and even making your own equipment.
