@pyrogram: Actually I agree that Kurt is more deadly today than he was then. However I feel that the change in his powers means the matchup no longer favors him. In those days he had powers that Charlemagne probably couldn't counter at all. Today the fight comes down to who uses their respective tools better. Kurt wants to use his powers to counter Charlemagne's skill, Charlemagne wants to use his skill to counter Kurt's powers. Kurt has a lot of power and Charlemagne has a lot of skill. But in the end Charlemagne uses his skill better than Kurt uses his powers. That's not to take anything away from Kurt, he is certainly a character who has done plenty of interesting things and I'm always intrigued by the construct archer powerset, however Charlemagne is just better at winning because of how well he uses his skill. The intangibles favor Charlemagne and the feats favor Charlemagne.

From what i can see Sarahs armour isnt as durable but has the greater range or projectiles. But Lioness has durabilty and a sword that would most likely do heavy damage. So Sarah keeps moving and stays at range backed up by drones she could win. If Lioness closes the gap uses her own weapons (incluidng sword) she could bypass the effectiveness of Sarahs armour easier than She could on her opponent.

Sarahs range of bullets and drones should do some decent to potentially winning damage to her opponent. Lioness could tank a few hits which her opponent cannot as easily do and end the fight in close quarters with superior h2h training and her sword. I think stats wise its petty even but iam not 100% on that.

Alrighties, from looking it seems like the characters are very similar, however Lioness is further along the 'advanced tech' path than Sarah. She also possesses supersonic speed, can create bombs and explosions with a touch and has super strength. With each having an equal amount of prep Lioness should have the advantage at this point in their character arcs.

Not me. Not at all. That's just stupid. If Abigail's "had enough," to the point she decides "I'm going to kill him/them," she's not going to do something so decidedly suicidal.

@fugue: How would she do it? She does have three days preparation, remember. She'd be able to use her smarts for this. I mean they are both survivors of Venezuela, it's not like they've never had to survive in baaad situations.

@strigidae_23: @cassius_knightfall: Yeah, Lioness's speed and a melee weapon will really hurt here, since she can keep up an attack once Mania's forcefields break (takes them a while to reboot). I think Sarah's strength here is her drones and mines more than anything else -- as seen in her fight with Kurt she's a fan of using those drones to save her ass in a pinch.

Instant explosions are hard to top though....

@velaaru_of_illea: Its basically down to whats between the two of them when they fight if you deploy the drone and mines right away she may not be able to tank the damage if you pepper Lioness with rounds. But she certainly has more durabilty and greater fighting prowess so its tough to say 100% for me.

@cassius_knightfall: Well, Sarah has never once deployed mines as a first resort so we may have to give this one to Lioness. :P

@velaaru_of_illea: Well if Azreal turns up and covers what Lioness is capable off in more detail that may change. I dont know her fighting style accurately to date. But last i saw she would likely try and close down an opponent using ranged weapons like most people would. So unless something i missed comes to light i will stick with Lioness most likely closing down thanks to the extra durabilty.

@pyrogram: Well, for one, she'd at the very least get Lady Liberty's help. And without the constraints set by the battle scenario, she wouldn't assume readiness after just three days. And she'd use Avalon/Aeon and whatever other people and resources she could get to to make her more fit for it. And more, but I don't really feel like typing out all the elaborate details.
