The man has a lot of questions which is something that all people should have Ptolemy thought."Well you can just call me Wolo for sort if you want,it is much easier to say that then my actual name Ray can I call you Ray?"He said in relax manner while drink his rum which he needed to refill for the first time here.The rum when he look at it was from Cuba which might explain a few things now.He look at his powers rings that were on his hands and put his hand over them .The necklace that Ray had on was a work on craftsmanship."Well that necklace is a fine piece of metal work for sure but these rings...let's just say they have there own secrets Ray each of these rings have there own set of secrets that would be handy in a situation." When he heard Ray talk about his mother it remind him of his own that was not real when he find out later in life.
The awkwardness of the names was quickly resolved, as both Ptolemy and Sarah agreed to be called “Wolo” and “Ray.” In fact Sarah had called himself C'ray for so long that he rather enjoyed the simple change. As for the necklace, Sarah could see a glimpse of nostalgia in his friends eyes, as he explained its spiritual importance. He hoped Wolo saw the representation of his Lord and Savior in it, but even if he did, Sarah had been taught for years at the Nunnery, it's not polite to discuss religion in an open gathering. Finally the conversation turned to the rings which Wolo calmly explained “Each of these rings have there own set of secrets that would be handy in a situation." Without another word Sarah fully understood the reference. He had learned long ago to never judge a book by it's cover, so as far as he knew the rings could do anything from defensive to offensive capability, maybe even more. Normally such a thought would stir concern in a person, but in Sarah's mind his friend was an okay guy. After all he did pay for a free round.
For a while things went normal, or at least as normal as things could get at an inter-dimensional pub. As Sarah drank, he partook in all the traditional bar rituals from discussing women, to displaying Alpha-male activities, to even making wild toasts with his glass held high. All in all, he enjoyed the few minutes away from his life back on Earth. Then from nowhere a strange four foot tall green egg shaped individual, with one big red eye and a gigantic mouth in the center of his body, comes stumbling in and immediately bumps into Sarah. In a state of panic the creature looks upon Sarah in adoration and says “You, you are Sarah Young Child from the planet Earth.” The creature then places a small black box, no bigger than a child's hand on the bar in front of him and continues “You are the one chosen to escort the sacred 'Reofk' to it eternal protector.” The creature then looks around sporadically to see if he was followed and continues “You must take Reofk to Juljun on Earth immediately for the safety of the entire Universe.” Again the creature stumbles, this time against the bar, and as he does he shows a bleeding puncture wound in his side. He does his best to hold pressure against his wound, as he grabs Sarah by the collar. Then in a stern intense tone, he looks Sarah deep in his eyes in order to make sure every word is understood “But no matter what you do, don't let the Augfebs get a hold of it.”
In a flash the creature exits the bar faster than he came in. But just as he reaches the door, he turns back for one last second and says “Oh and one more thing, Do not open it, Ever!” After that he was gone, as if he never entered. The only proof he had ever existed was now a box on the bar, some green blood on the floor and a confused look from anyone around that heard him. Sarah on the other hand reacted uncaring as if acts like this happened to him every day. Still, he seemed to accept the scenario with a grain of salt and grabbed the box from the table. He then looks upward, makes the sign of the cross over his head and whisper “His will be done.” With one last sip of his beer, he reluctantly turns to Wolo and asks “Well, does any of that make sense to you?”
(OOC - I thought I'd create a lead in for a game between us. If you are not interested just play it off. If you are, then fill free to write yourself in and we can create an official page for our game later.)
