@ownagepants: Haha, I'm after powering him down over the years man! I used to have him around Hulk/Abomination strength levels but lowered it down simply because most guys around here are street levelers. But just to make him different and give him that brick "feel", he is totally immovable and impervious to injury.

@_ajax_: thats like saying a tank is to powerful so you lower its fire power then make it indestructible.

@ownagepants: I guess haha, I plan on revamping him a bit in the next day or so to make him more suitable for this!

@_ajax_: Well I am looking forward to that and just so you know their are a lot of characters on the vine who are over street level.

@clara_mass: Yes, he is the true brain behind everything. High-level reality warper, he instead prefers to create extremely powerful "characters" to interact with others, sometimes playing roles that seem minor, yet are incredibly pivotal...

@ownagepants: Clarice hates mutants, but she doesn't believe in murder. It's why she made the cure optional and the superhuman inhaler for the military. She enjoys making their lives difficult, showing mutants that their way is wrong, but murder ends the game and if the game ends....there's nothing left to do.

Tranquil is an evolved being and his status intrigues her.
