this is the closest map i could find so consider all the markings to be the first province all other provinces go behind that first one so based on that you need to decide the order in which each province is placed the one in the front will probably be attacked the most just saying also the lands connect on the sides too so the east and west connect to the north the north and south connect to the west understand to further elaborate what province is third for the north will connect by land to what ever provinces are third for the east and west everyone get it now
