The capital of the Federation is on a earth like planet 1,200 light years from Earth known as planet Zenitaia. Zenitaia has a population of 53 million as well as 800,000 and orbital satellites or space stations. As vast naval shipyards and civilian shipyards orbiting the planet more knowingly known is the dry docks. Down on the planet at the planet's capital Macrva a large city spreading half the main continent most the planet's population lives there nicety thrives on its highly sophisticated and advanced technologies. for over 200 years Zenitaia has been a home for Mr. yashimora and Lady Ayana. Back then Mr. yashimora was known by his real name Sakara and Lady Ayana was known by her real name Clic'ar, they are the two lived at peaceful life in the capital not affiliated with the government at the time they lived the average every day life from their species perspective.
The Federation formed 380 years ago under the guidance of supreme general Seggigies leader of the maggnoriyion military at the time sought to end the bloodshed between the two clans on their planet and after much talk his people's piece came. Little over 100 years later maggnoriyion race had a technology level that of three times earth the first FTL all drive was announced in the maggnoriyion race could now explore the stars seeking out new homes and civilizations. 58 years later the maggnoriyion race came across its first species other than themselves at first the other race feared them both in two years they became part of the new found Federation offering new technologies, new cultures and new people and even a new map of planets they can explore.
In the Federation reached its 300th anniversary about 80 years ago to the present day they welcomed their 18th member to the Federation of race of biogenetic cyborgs that a evolved in technology so advanced that they genetically engineered an upgraded their own being.this species however is not very sociable they only agreed to join the Federation to share knowledge, and so we did. 80 years ago a small transport ship delivering supplies to a nearby colony in the sol system that struck by a random meteor right knocking it off course pummeling it into Earth's atmosphere crash landing in Texas.

As soon as he exited the ship he was surrounded by a species that looks similar to his confused he speaks his native tongue without the translator being active, he was then at gunpoint detained and a ship and pounded since then he's been in the United States governments custody and went through time after time after time of interrogation eventually his suit to translate what they were saying and by month three of his captivity they could all understand each other later the Federation knowing of this and his breaking of the law there was a secret meeting held out in Colorado's deserts each time a different location between the Federation the United States government on the release of sakara so he could be prosecuted back on his homeland, on his home planet but that term never come to an agreement sakara came to a different agreement with his people and earth.
In early 2012 an event occurred the Federation decided to secretly form a intergalactic police force of sorts calling it, S.W.O.R.D., SWORD was a intergalactic peacekeeping force vow to protect any underdeveloped species then their own from any hostile race in the cosmos under agreement of sharing knowledge, territory, and supplies.

government structure
On earth the government of a dictatorship is cruel, violent sometimes and even full with greed but in the maggnoriyion race this dictatorship is for the best. The reason why the maggnoriyion race is ruled by one man or woman is because the government they made is structured under one roof the main ruler not known as a president or a dictator but known as "the chairman", the chairman him or herself decides how everything goes within the government but not the Federation, the Federation is a democracy a leader of each race is represented for a Council but when it comes down to the maggnoriyion race the chairman is the one that has the last say.
The Council made up of 27 leaders, one from each species that is in the Federation. The military is rolled under the Federation Council but the economy is ruled under the chairman. If the chairman dies his or her " handler" as they call them will be represented as the new chairman. The handler acts sort of like a vice president but has different jobs and goals but also similar choices and responsibilities as a vice president would have. If the chairman of the maggnoriyion race were to not care about his people and act full greed the Council would represent or vote in a new chairman forcefully without his consent.
Military structure
The military is the main purpose of life for the maggnoriyion race they are a warrior race but they are also multi-cultured like humans. There are three continents on plant Zenitaia each continent have its own religion, economy, and clan. Sakara is from the Che'nnai clan which is a warrior clan, the main personnel for all the maggnoriyion's military might. the military is set up like a multilayered firewall if one goes down the others will pick up its place.
the maggnoriyion military is vast in numbers but does not have enough supplies for every single soldier so most soldiers stay on the planet like National Guard waiting for their time to be called for battle. Since the maggnoriyion race is far superior to humans and physical and mental abilities and attributes each Che'nnai warrior by the time they reach mid-adulthood they are taught the "way of the blade", to master over 300 different types of bladed weapons a process that would take 100 years.
When they reach adulthood(around 2000 the 3000 years old for earth terms) they are taught the "way of the gun", which is to master every standard and secondary weaponry within the federation that each species provides a process that take around 15 to 20 years. After the warrior has mastered both the way of the gun and the way of the sword they are known as a maggnoriyion "Blue Knight" and are branded the equivalent rank and earth terms of Lieut. there is no soldier in the maggnoriyion military has below the rank Lieut. unless they are reserved forces sakara is a ranked coronal after his heroism in the last Galactic war hundred years ago.

on planet Zenitaia the 53 million inhabitants there are mostly maggnoriyion ends but are other mixed species that also live on the planet. Thanks to the chairman's guidance to nonviolent aggression towards oneself and one's race the maggnoriyion race has strived and prospered without a crime of any sort or a treasonous act for hundreds of years.
At first the three clans were about to go to war with each other until general Seggigies sacrificed his life in a ritual that hasn't been seen in 1000 years halted the war indefinitely and instead in a miraculous event peace between the three clans. The chairman known as Katar, a fierce leader and a veteran of the battlefield is the chairman of the maggnoriyion race after serving under general Seggigies thousands of years ago he was good friends with him and saw his goal and wanted to fulfill it. After many decades he succeeded in creating a utopia for the maggnoriyion race and is now praised by their people, his people. the economy itself derives on the other species that are in the Federation.
Their economies, and riches all flow equally throughout the Federation given people plenty of jobs food resources and more. If one of the races gets into a galactic war the rest of the Federation would back them up, if one of the races in the federations planets are dying the others will give them a new home, a new planet and supplies. the Federation's unique unity of all the maggnoriyion's clans within their people as well as the other races within the Federation.

Maggnoriyion race is technology far succeeds the human race mostly thanks to the federations advances with other species technologies integrated into oneself. But maggnoriyion's own technology subsides on their planet and their beautiful continent sized cities. All continents are connected by way of "speed bridges" the acceleration of magnetism within the floors of the bridges accelerates the hover cars and hover transportation's to mock speeds. Each city can expand tens of thousands of miles in diameter and buildings can be as tall as the lower atmosphere. Although the entire planet isn't covered within the metal jungle the large parts of the continents are still flush what wildlife and forest's.
In the cities some even multilayered which meaning city stacked upon top of city as advanced technologies from hovercraft, robotics and even medical advancements.a lot of technology was also banned including his against federal law to own a personal firearm like London on earth. This also helps keep the peace but it doesn't stop the crime from other species ending up on planet Zenitaia and its populace. Due to this there is a special task force and cleaning up the crime and mass the criminals make nicknamed the Death Dealers due to a 90% casualty rate of one being on the job. The technology for military for the maggnoriyion race stretches between plasma rifles to positron cannons or rail guns. Highly advanced technology is mostly within the military due to its warrior like species attitude the maggnoriyion possess and are always on the guard when it comes to their home planet safety.
Civilian technology is limited. Most highly advanced technology the civilians can possess is a machine to cure them of any diseases( similar as seen on Elysium movie) which is used in all hospitals and wealthy inhabitants. Other technologies include highly advanced security systems, personal robotic aid and minor technologies like holograms and entertainment necessities. The maggnoriyion race has a vast and large naval fleet for planetary protection. The maggnoriyion race doesn't seek out war nor ate it with its naval fleet the chairman has made a law that overrules the Council that, no maggnoriyion in naval warship shall set foot out of Zenitaia's solar system unless for a planet wide relocation/evacuation. there are so many technological advances that the Federation possess that will no one could name them all in a single day!
the planet
The planet itself is much like Earth, has the same atmosphere same lovable environment as earth but not the same alignment around the sun or seasons of the year. Planet Zenitaia is mostly a tropical planet due to its positioning near it sun summers last for half a year and winters quarter to rest the year.
There is one other season that is now on earth that is called, " season of shelter". In the season of shelter the entire planet is quarantined everybody on the planet stays indoors for five months in the cities above ground all over the planet are reinforced and subsurface underneath the ground where they stand by the way of hydraulics built into the structural integrity of the building. Reason why is that planet Zenitaia gets closest to the sun not only that but get so close that's atmosphere weakens and violent pockets of high dense radiation from the sun expands through melting anything in its path, but due to maggnoriyion's technology everything is well armored and shielded supplies are stocked up and everybody goes on with their lives underground in a sublayer continent that circles the globe known as the underground city of tranquility.
During the summer time is the most lively on the planet city's always busy people always walking, people always driving about, like Tokyo and Manhattan times 1 million! The planning even get so populated at some points the people are screened for intense security procedures and are gifted a personal security droid the watch over each individual that enters anyplace on the planet. The planet's wildlife is not much different from earth trees are practically the same even. What is left of the planet that is still nature is guarded under federal law no one to not only enter but fly over these protected wildlife areas! is been said that no one is stepped into the "grand forest" as it's called that takes up most of the third continent and hundreds of years.

Sakara also known as Mr. Yashimora was a decorated officer in the Federation navy commanding the Federation battleship Legend. long ago on a scouting mission Sakara volunteered for his civilian ship was hit by micrometeorites and the ship crash landed on Earth in the year 1950 near Texas and has been stranded on Earth since. Today Sakara is known as a superhero on Earth protecting it with the help of a group known as STRIKE with his human wife Ayana.
Tar is a Federation information agent thats on Earth to gather up any intel on who humans are, what there technology level is and if there a threat to the Federation. As of today Tar is in Florida scoping out NASA and checking to see there space age tech level. little is known on his past and how and when he got to Earth but his intentions have merit. Sakara does not know he is on earth.
Nator is a diplomat from the Federation. he is on earth to discuss not only peace negotiations but an alliance that is probably been needed for over 20 years. He's a strong-willed man who never likes to lose a fight or in this sense a talk, he has years of experience under his belt trying to convince other species in planets civilizations to either join the Federation or ally with them and discuss trading, peace and even joint defense operations. Right now he is at the Pentagon along with general price would STRIKE discussing negotiations with the speaker and the rest the joint Chiefs.
How this faction can affect CVnU
Just like any other going space faction there's almost no limitations unless the sol system is involved. Due to planet Zenitaia's position 1200 ly from Earth it still being in the Milky Way and is still relatively close to earth to affect its population whether in a good or bad way. On the last RP known as, "war on peace" planet Zenitaia's defenses were crippled by scourge alien race, now after that war that they one they are rebuilding up their defenses and forces to counteract any more scourge invasions or any other race for that matter.
The main way of this faction could affect the universe is that they have the power to directly attack earth and defended as well for many other being in the galaxy. They owned a special device on their planet that allows them to manufacture wormhole travel through Stargate's that they recently invented just before they were attacked by the scourge. This allowing them instantaneous travel between earth and any other species inhabitable planet once it's fully operational.
