Many legendary tales were not put down to paper, until ages passed by, and all had forgotten what had actually transpired. The Crimson skinned Fallen Celestial being known solely as Naamah, is such a literary victim. Much of her own history, was altered by men and women, sitting alone by campfires. Singing tales that they hardly knew, and embellishing the tales to suit their own means, or their own agendas.
One such tale is the one about how Naamah's very own beautiful sun-kissed skin, was first stained crimson with the blood of innocent Abel. Abel that was murdered by his brother Cain. The first murder recorded in history by some accounts, definitely the first between beloved brothers such as they. The part that the scribes neglected to mention, was that Naamah's role was massive in the tragedy taking place altogether.
In those days Naamah was referring to herself by the name of Lilith, who was and is, actually a sister to Naamah. One that was not on Earth at the time. Naamah in the guise of her own sister, tricked and manipulated Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel. She did so out of hate and spitefulness, how could her father favor such weak pathetic creatures over her and her siblings. Mortals that call themselves humans, but in her eyes are just less simple forms of monkeys.
Naamah's blame in convincing Cain that murdering Abel and sacrificing him to God, was so great that when Cain was cursed. So was Naamah. Even though she was a great many days travel away from the siblings, when the actual murder took place. She knew the exact moment that Abel had been murdered, because as his blood soaked into the ground, it dripped not into the soil beneath. It dripped onto Naamah's own flesh staining it crimson with each and every drop until all of Abel's blood stained her completely.
Screams of horror could be heard coming from Naamah's bed chambers, the blood was liken to that of holy fire, as it burned its way onto her skin, melting away at her own skin. The entire process took hours, and was exhausting. Naamah collapsed from the pain alone after the deed was done, and she stayed stained crimson for many ages. Cursed, shunned,exiled.
It wasn't until she met an old crone named Carrion, that aided Naamah and taught her how to hide her curse. How to make herself appear as she wished, the ability to use shadows in order to shift her visage into anything she desired. The crone would use this simple trick in order to get young handsome men to share her bed with her. Or use it to lure children into her hut, that would never been seen from, or heard from again.
With the ability to appear as she wished, Naamah was now ready to retake her place in civilization, without showing any signs of the curse no one would know who she was, and if anyone old enough to remember her personally was still among the living, she would tell them that she was not the cursed woman known as Lilith, she would say that she was her daughter Naamah. She would tell them that she left her vile mother alone in the wilderness to rot away to nothing, because she was a loathsome wretched creature.
Fortunately for Naamah none who were old enough to remember were there, and no one recognized her as the cursed woman Lilith. She had a chance at a fresh start, and she stopped to so openly defy God, she still did so, but being careful not to cross any lines such as the one she had, ever again.
