Doctor Burns is a man who was human....at a time. Now, he due to extenuating circumnstances after having turned on an enigmatic research facility, used it's technology to imbue himself with superhuman intelligence, and allowed him to use it's resources for him to completely and utterly transform his body into something beyond human. Now with a body installed imbued with vast power, he only seeks to pick up the fragments of memories left for him by a creation of his, and pick up the pieces of his previous life created for himself. Some of these fractions, containing stores of Data within human DNA itself, which leads to Burns searching for certain individuals with said DNA.

An insane Super-Powered Madman with control over all things flesh and hazardous to the health of an organic being. One of these fragments who contain Burn's valued memories has been seized amongst yet another group of people to be subject to his experiments of the Flesh.
With hardly anything to lose, a now bloodlusted Dr. Burns must burrow deep into the Bowel's of the Mad man's base, becoming slowly more psychopathic himself as he proceeds through the lab and seeks out his prize, determined to destroy anything that gets in his way, to retrieve his precious fragment left behind by his cretion.
