Ok listen up, i (Vertigo legend) was asked to resurrect my old team , the Arcryns. Now things are gonna be different, there will not be thousands of kinetic mutants or an ElusiveStorm involved. This is strictly a team and all interested can put out ideas on what the team should be about. Thats called "Teamwork".
