This team will not become successful quickly, it is too fragile. This team will need time and members who will give their heart and soul to keep it alive. i have went through many teams and found that it didnt fill up the hole in my heart that once was the AO, now i know no matter how hard it gets, i will always be a member of this team.

What now?

Find another young promising member,make him leader.Then ditch the team.

Or maybe when the young promising memeber grows up and gives you a chance to be apart of *his team,you ditch him again.

I told you EXACTLY what to do to get accepted. When you were new, I came up and tried to HELP you. Instead, you IGNORED my advice. I told you to come across as someone who was ready to LEARN. I told you to become familiar with the rules. I even gave you tips on how to become a better writer.

Still, you had to go and be yet another arrogant newcomer. Instead of trying to become better, you just keapt ASKING and ASKING and BEGGING to join a team. With all that desperation, people became SICK of you. I told you to be patient and WAIT to be recruited. You didn't. Then, when all else failed, you blamed everyone except yourself.

I told you................. instead you ignored my advice and you have become a nuisance to those around you. I'm sorry to be harsh, but it's the sad reality of things.
