The Aftermath Vine 2022 ooc - RPG

This is an Open RPG based 11 years in the future, with a heavy focus on life as an Outlaw Meta Human

Here is a quick break down of the action leading to this time line:
Vine 2031 is destroyed by Whisper after the destruction of World by her older brother Heat. (check Vine 2031 for details and a hell of a RPG)
Whisper comes to this time to prevent the murder of Lady Mani, Her mother, that leads to the creation of Lord's Angel caused by Hawk going crazy.
During a live television appearance The Junior Senator from Texas, Lady Mani is assassinated.
Hawk, Risky, and Whisper teleport to the studio and because of their actions the whole world now sees meta humans on live TV.
Meta Humans are now feared more than ever, and there is a movement once again for registration but it fail and a meta human war began

After the aftermath of the war Meta Humans are in hiding and are all criminals
Small fractions of Metas have gathered to form a underground resistance.

Hawk was one of the more feared fighters in all of the war, now is meek and quiet. His inner pain keeps him in a quiet turmoil.

This is open, and I'd like a lot of interaction between everyone.
Points to remember:
This is 11 years in the future. Not 20, not 30.....so please write your character and kids accordingly. If they are 2 in current canon....they are 13.
Not all of the world was torn apart by the war, but feel free to post about all countries and the turmoil that they faced because of it.
Remember The Humans Won the War! . (so you can't be President or Senator.)

Sort of sounds like a version of Age of Apocalypse and Super Human Registration Act mushed together... And that's a wonderful thing...
