I knew I shouldn't have taken the star from the master's head, but I managed to get a scale and a piece of his bones as...memorabilia. Ever since then it's talked to me. After the metal man took the body it hasn't let me sleep even a little bit since then. It's mentioning the Bastion around every turn, I need to get rid of this, but I simply fear the consequences of tossing it into the sea. It's a risky attempt but Goliath brought me here and gave me a purpose in the sea.
I can at least return the favor.

Alright, Billy the guardian of the Devourer's Depths is being ordered to take the star to the Cosmic Bastion by Goliath's star. Whether or not the Cosmics will allow Billy aboard the Bastion is the real situation.
