The way I see it Sha has a terribly overwhelming offensive, while Greygooses powers work best before a fight, so given a day her time manipulation mixed with precognition would allow her to figure out a way to beat Sha before the fight actually happens. But if they just start fighting out of nowhere, Sha would overwhelm her with her energy attacks and strength.
