If it is regular Mr Majestic, then I think team 2 has a very good shot at a win as both of team 2 are on a similar physical level to Superman and thus Mr Majestic.
The Sentry is the first to go down. Then it's 2 on 1.

It could go either way, but Sentry claims to have unlimited strenght but hasn't proven it yet but if he does his team has a very good chance of winning.
