History

Early Years
Tiber Nero was one of the last sons of Claudius Nero, progenitor of his species, and Livia Nero. Upon the completion of his formal education, Tiber Nero as he was known at the time was enrolled into the ranks of his worlds army. Tiber did well and was steadily promoted, which was unprecedented at the time by anyone of his bloodline. The entire Nero Clan was one that was born into slavery under an Imperial Tyrannical superior species known as the Annihila.
The Annihila were a superior species in that they had highly advanced technology that the Nero clan was at the time ignorant, due to teaching any advanced scientific principles being outlawed by the Emperor of the Annihila, Sujik Vandal. Sujik saw the Nero clan as being useful property useful for not much save for manual labor, he also felt that they owed the entire Annihila race lifelong servitude for all of the advanced luxuries they were privileged to enjoy because of his peoples good graces.
For all of their advanced scientific intelligence however the Annihila were socially naive, and ripe for domination. Something that Tiber Nero saw plainly, yet kept his own council about. Tiber continued to seemingly, blindly serve his superiors, gaining their trust and admiration. Tiber Nero personally executed many of his fellow Nero clan members for acts of treason against the Empire. Many of his own kind labeled him as a traitor to his people, were spiteful of him and referred to him as the Emperors loyal lapdog.
What none but Tiber Nero knew was his loyalty to the Empire was only a facade hiding a sinister master plan, he had orchestrated in order to free his entire clan at one fell swoop. Tiber had learned about the manufacturing of the largest starship the Annihila had ever commissioned was secretly being built by slaves that had gone missing. The ship was his ticket away from the planet of Annihilaax, and a beacon of hope for his entire peoples future.
The starship was to be the prize jewel of the Annihila's navy, and was to be the flagship of the Emperor himself. Emperor Vandal's reign of command over the starship was very short lived however, as his loyal lapdog finally executed his master plan once the ship was in orbit around planet Annihilaxx. Tiber Nero had slew the Emperor and his personal guard in one fell swoop as he had planed from the start. Once he had gained control over the bridge of the ship he released all of the slaves from the slave quarters of the ship, his people were to be the laborers, while their previous masters were to enjoy all the benefits of their stations.
Once all the remaining Nero's were released from their holding cells, the ship was easily overtaken. The remaining Annihila were stuffed into the holding cells, so that they could receive a taste of their own medicine. Once the ship was completely overtaken, Tiber Nero activated the ships superlaser shooting one single beam of massive destructive energy that blew planet Annihilaxx to space-dust. Tiber Nero was no more, Dark Hammer was born.

By far the strongest and most powerful of the Nero bloodline, Tiber Nero is a Superhuman Extraterrestrial whose massive, heavy-bodied form was born with the capacity to synthesize cosmic energy for certain personal uses. Tiber Nero, or Dark Hammer as he is now called has increased his powers through bionic amplification, mystical enhancement, and as a result of experimental gene manipulation.
Superhuman Intelligence: One of his most dangerous abilities is his mind. His Intellect is dedicated to enhancing his own powers, so that he can retain his position as Emperor of all Nero. He is a genius in virtually all fields of advanced science and has created technology far exceeding contemporary Earth science.
Superhuman Strength: Dark Hammer possesses vast superhuman strength the full limits of which are unknown. His strength is so vast he has destroyed entire planets with the simple force of his blows. He can also augment his already impressive strength with his cosmic energy when needed.
Superhuman Speed: Despite his massively muscular build, Dark Hammer is capable running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athletes.
Superhuman Stamina: He is nigh invulnerable. He has withstood at point blank planet busting attacks without any harm done to him.
Immortality: He is immune to all known diseases, infections, and the effects of aging. He can still be murdered, but this is something easier said, than done. "Bring it on!"
Accelerated Healing Factor: Much faster at healing from suffered wounds than humans, but not as freakishly as some other beings. He is not a Wolverine knock-off.
Superhuman Agility: Also, despite his massively muscular build, Dark Hammer's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels well above peak human.
Superhuman Reflexes: His reaction time is also enhanced, much like his agility, and his speed.
Energy Manipulation/Control: He displays great versatility in the use of his energy projection abilities. Beams, Waves, Shields, ext.
Telepathy: Possesses limited psionic abilities. His mind is invulnerable to most forms of psychic attack.
Matter Manipulation/Control: He has some ability to manipulate matter on the atomic level.
Teleportation: Dark Hammer can teleport himself across unknown distances, via using a helmet designed by his former masters.
(Would like feedback on the character. He is a high level tier cosmic character. I want to use him as one that hands out jobs to lesser cosmic characters.)
