Revenge for the Fallen (OPEN OOC)

EDIT: Now that I have approval from the President and V. President, I can make it official. This event will begin 17 Feb 2015.

The RP premise is as follows;

The catalyst being the extermination of the mutant refugee camp in Noc Haven that would provoke Envy to begin a no holds bar war against the humans as an act of revenge/justice. The catch is that the soldiers who did the extermination were mercenaries under the disguise of american troops, (no one is/will ever be aware of this fact, to include Envy).

So to highlight my point

• Extermination of mutant refugee camp in Noc Haven (including mutant women and children)
• Exterminators were troops disguised as Americans.
• Actual RP begins
• Envy attempts to unite mutants underneath the banner of justice/revenge.
• Declares war against american government.

****Keep in mind, the mutants are to seem like the victims in this scenario, not terrorists******
