"The Real Mutant Utopia"

Though the United States continues its inept prostration of the carcinogenic species known as the Mutant, as demonstrated time and time again regardless of its political figure heads, there are those who remain sympathetic to the plight of the normal human. A majority, that has unmanageably been cast aside with purposeful demotion while its elected officials hide behind a paper thin veil of co-existence. These unknown but like minded pillars of human principles voiced their god given rights when they overwhelming voted in the first inaugural Registration Act. But as we now know their Democratic choice was slowly, and silently, swept under a methodically crafted rug of misdirection in a display of dictatorial chess the likes of which we will never fully understand. Aided by a series of catastrophic events, the wants and needs of the people were systematically choked into submissive irrelevance.
The Statue of Liberty, gone. Zero prosecutions, zero arrests, zero reparations for the millions of families who tragically lost their loved ones. Even the epicenter of the free World was set-upon with villainous intent in broad-daylight. And to this day the people have never received a viable explanation or reassurance that a similar incident would never happen again. Which it did, not more then two weeks later when the Pentagon was violently attacked. Only in a World in which the Children of the Atom are allowed to roam free could something of this magnitude be swept aside and tolerated. Not only are these evolutionary missteps apparently above the laws of human, but they are rewarded for there disturbingly violent behavior with not one, but TWO, mutant Utopias. Venezuela, and the aptly named, Vine Villains Paradise.
These malevolent malcontents have manufactured a mythical belief that they are the genetically superior advancement of mankind. The apex architects of a World they are destined to inherit. They thought wrong. My name is Charlemagne LeBeau, and I am about to show the mutant species their true calling, their true evolutionary station.
☢Operations☢
Reservation X is a clandestine concentration camp for any and all carriers of the mutant X-Gene. Secretly funded, maintained, and operated by unanimous sources throughout the Middle East, its state of art multifaceted containment grid is capable of successfully housing everything from basic mutates to Omega Level telepaths. This engineering accomplishment is made possible through the exploitation of an artificially born mutant housing several cellular anomalies harvested by the Ultra-Sapien, Charlemagne LeBeau. Labeled Sebastian 1, he is in fact nothing more then a living brain who's primary function is to maintain a simultaneous security grid and observational cloud. Which is in fact an amalgamation of telekinesis, telepathy, power saturating forcefield, illusion casting, and several smaller yet intricately vital capabilities. In truth the full scoop of Sebastian's power has yet to be ascertained.
One the outside this modern day camp of horrors presents itself with a facade of historical decadence through the visual appeal of a Palestinian Palace. Brilliantly crafted stone walls and towers overlook a small village of seemingly humble origin. But behind the fabricated lie rests a true nightmare for any mutant unlucky enough to have been captured and shipped to Reservation X. Employing thousands on unknown hunters, mercenaries, and soldiers of fortune all but ensure the continual success of this secret death camp. Where torture, experimentation, and mutant suffering are an authenticated way of life.
☣The X- traordinaires:
The X-troardinaires are former mutants who have all been unceremoniously stripped of their x-gene and injected with the Legacy virus donated by the enigmatic Warsman. As a result, Charlemagne has built a small militia of superhuman's with varying abilities. But with these new found abilities come an irreversible mental instability that renders the X-traordinaires wildly unpredictable. Suffering from such symptoms as delirium, extreme anxiety, mental retardation, and in one case, cannibalism. They are extreme dangers to not only the enemies of LeBeau, but to themselves as well. Which is why they are kept in solitary Nth metal confinement until such time as they are absolutely necessary.
☠T-Sents v6.0
Resurrected using the blueprints from the ash of the Yard, gone are the partially constructed robots once used in Charlemagne's war against the mutants. Now fully constructed, the newer more durable model is predicated upon durability and overwhelming numbers as opposed to its predecessors ability to utilize synthesized modules of power replication. Instead, v6.0 is a simple but effective blend of modern military surplus and obtainable metal alloys wrapped around missiles and bullets. If the first one doesnt take a mutant out, the 32nd one will.
