The Sun

There is literally nothing better to do for a revolutionary than to enjoy a break, a moment of respite from several months of meticulous planning by drinking in a warm mug of hyper-coffee. Lounging on a couch set 8.3 light-minutes from earth atop the surface of Helios, nothing quite like it. Quite the gall as well for building a 'cafe' in the sun, the local barista is an energy being. A place that carries a unique ambiance, a synthesist would see the color of bright blue. The exterior shape reminiscent of a military canteen laid out horizontally across on the corona, just another day at 'Cafe de Sol'

The man drinking his hyper-coffee is simply referred to as the 'Operator' , and he has a vision of improvement.

His flambard is at the hilt and he prepares the goods, documents, finances and other necessary items for this day's meeting.

Some are already here, others are on their way to arrival.

The British Scientist sipped his tea, "So, What is this great plan of yours?" He said in a curious tone, He did not fully understand why he was here. Just that they were going to improve the world...or so they hoped.

Sam finished his mug and welcomes his co-leader of their organization in a potential future, both individuals with like minded goals and the driving power to actualize the collective dreams of mankind "Well in actuality the plan is simple really, but before I move to that there is something I want to tell you."

The man moves closer to his colleague "There are two ways to change an outcome, one is by introducing a factor that is not present in the system or two by removing a factor that is essential to that structure"

"We are about to do both, and in this context our tool will be the time machine"

He put his drink down and looked at his fellow Scientist admiringly. "First of all good fellow - My name is Edward." He rested his hand on his chin "Time? Complicated subject. But nothing I cannot comprehend. This will be amusing" He took a sip "How many people are we expecting?"

The future holds a picture for them, and it shines a light for the rest of the group as well. "The name is Sam, pleasure to make you acquaintance."

"Time is the way to go, we have seen from the news and the world that there are plenty of megalomaniacs who seek to bend the world over with their colossal might. These individuals are usually thwarted by others with equal or superior power, in a way that makes it predictable. With time we operate on a playground where the solution is delicate, since repercussions may entail in drastic changes that may be... permanent"

"Look at the empty chairs around you Edward, they will be filled soon enough"

Edward laughed "Let's just wait for all of the self-righteous hero's who will oppose this. This will be VERY interesting, Bad people do bad things all the time, But nobody on the good side thinks big. Ever. We are thinking big. We will change the world" He took a deep breath in anticipation "We are going to change so much"

Sam replied off-handedly with a calm attitude "We are the heroes, and we will act proactively. It is always the heroes who react to the actions of the 'villains', today is where the policy shifts"

"They barely reap the fruits, the products of a bad society but we plan to cut the roots. Those heroes have good intention, but it is time for Altruism to take another step further"

"When people say change the world, they do it in a way that suits their personal agendas. We will not merely 'change' the world."

"We will Improve it"

Judge leans on the wall in a corner of the room. His purpose here is purely one of monetary and personal gain, though he is aware that his contribution will help change the world - for better or for worse.

Sam points at his table as a waiter brings a selection of wine bottles towards the hooded man's area, with the waiter comes a sizeable portion of the fee. "Ah, our soldier of fortune... so have you tested the upgrades yet?"

The mute nods, having found the improvements to his shield and gloves exceptionally useful. He ignores the wine and starts counting the money.

"Would you prefer if we discuss in sign language, morse code or through a telepathic channel? If you were to choose the third option I would need consent since we both are on the same side."

@regal_rumble_man:

Keeping his place in the wad of cash with a thumb, Judge looks at Sam and starts signing with his free hand:

"This is fine."

Sam passed a special 'book' to edward

Judge absorbs the information, making sure to memorize the movements of Sam's mouth and matching them to the words just so he can remember it all with greater efficiency.

@pyrogram:

"Money. Better equipment. I'm an easy man to please." The mute signs, pocketing what Sam had promised him for showing up to this meeting.

@regal_rumble_man:

Edward looked at this book, "Care to elaborate what the purpose of this book is?"

@_judge_: "So...You are cannon fodder?....Our Dog to use to fight enemy's...?"

@_judge_:

"And unlike those guys on the bad side, we won't double cross you"

@pyrogram:

"It is a set of instructions to be used as a contingency, should anything out of the plan occurs please refer to that book"

@regal_rumble_man:

Judge shrugs off Edward's comment about him being 'cannon fodder.'

"Boss wouldn't be paying me so handsomely if all he had planned for me was dying." He signs.

@regal_rumble_man:

The mute merely nods. His trust was proportionate to how much he was being paid. For right now, Sam was the most trustworthy person in the room.

"forgive me if my comrade is a bit rude on the lips, but the fact that people underestimate you will be a good advantage. It actually will lead to ruin for their side, I know since I hired right and you have just been properly re-equipped"

Judge signs a simple "thank you."

"Its just a policy I have, to simply never underestimate any opponent since even a man dressed in a cowl can do so much. It was not god who replaced the deities, it was man."

Sam jokes "When this is done we will do santa a favor by delivering presents to children everywhere"

@regal_rumble_man: "Presents....Yes... Lives saved... No war..A better world"

@pyrogram:

"Do you remember that time when you were a kid and thought that the world will be a great place?"

"Did that perception change as you grow older"

"I want to create a world that supports dreams."

"My perception never changed, Just my Dreams" He finished his Tea

"So what is your dream as a child?"

Edward thought..."I had many. But...I have always wanted to be Superior..Like the British" He smiled "In the old days..." He paused.. "My Dreams will soon be reality" He paused again "How about you?"

"My dream is an Ideal world"

"How about a visit to Avalon sometime later?"

"That is a relative dream" He nodded "Indeed"

"An Ideal world that will represent the hopes and dreams of collective mankind"

Briefly a bright flash of red light encompassed a small corner in the lobby, just as quickly as it was created it had dissipated leaving in its place four figures.

three were clad in black body armor similar to a special forces team, two were men and the other a woman each holding an automatic weapon. The other figure was Omega standing an intimidating ten feet in height in his Lycan form, at first glance a regular bystander would think they would be attacked instead the new visitors had their weapons pointed down in a neutral stance as they waited.

Sam expected them to come as he had made arrangements with as many variable parties as possible, to prepare for the unexpected. This guy is the heavy, although the size alone would make it hard for covert operations and by the looks of it he brings company.

"Sir is is a good thing that you were given the coordinates early on, any small errors and you would have been hot dog"

@regal_rumble_man: The white Lycan gave a grin as his armor dissipated into smoke, he began changing shrinking in size back to six feet and when his fur was shed Omega appeared perfectly human.

in his new black attire that was apparently underneath his Lycan form, Omega spoke in a noble voice "Yes, I was indeed fortunate"

"Now here is a challenge for a fine warrior such as yourself, try not to kill anyone as your task includes non-lethal force"

@regal_rumble_man: Omega briefly had a face of disbelief on what he was being asked to do, pausing his facial expression became blank as he placed one of his hands on his chin as he thought "Okay, no lethal force" Omega replied contently as he shrugged his shoulders although it was visible his companions weren't so happy.

"Put it this way, if you are on the plane the space in which you will be operating will be cramped if you revert into your true form. Release your weapons, they can compromise the aircraft so in this one I would require for your other set of skills. Surely a warrior as great as yourself would not be burdened with that."

"Alternatively you can provide a diversion, set up chaos in a non lethal manner which I can calculate or help in evac."

"If I can see your guns I will give them a slight modification suited for this event"

John teleported into the room, surprised to find that people where their before him, he took out an custom made compass, "Odd, it says that Sam was the only one here. I'll have to make another I guess."

He looked towards his comrades, "How do you do." He looked around the room, "Tea, Tea, and Tea. I'll be right back, gonna go to Papa Johns. Want anything?"

Sam was glad that his friend had managed to find the location, so far nobody got crisped in the surface of the sun. That is good news, in any case there is a molecular re-atomizer in storage if anything took place.

"Hello, we've been expecting you. We have tea here as well, what flavor would you like?"

@regal_rumble_man: Omega nodded understandingly and with a snap of his fingers his companions went over to hand over their weapons with out question, "Just remember, the Pack is trusting you...I don't take kindly to betrayal or getting my companions treated differently"

"Hmmmmm, peppermint please."

He hadn't seen some of the people in the room for a while, he went a little bit insane for a bit, really bad anxiety is the nice way to put it, but he was better now, very calm.

"I think it is time you met my experiment. He has the power to become over 1000 versions of himself - This will be most valuable."

He flicked a switch on his cane

On earth in his Lab.

A tank filled with green liquid lay in a room. A body was inside this liquid. A sudden beep came from the desk as Edward clicked the button. Gas came out of the sides of the tank as it began to shake. Cracks suddenly started to go down the side of the tank as it exploded sending shards of glass everywhere. A figure fell out of the tank, it had a cord in its neck that connected it too the tank. A green liquid pumped into the experiments neck, The creature vanished.

"Done..I have just injected the creature with a fluid that will teleport it too us. He will arrive in a few soon, It will take a while possibly - the teleportation does not work at the speed of light"

"Heroes do not discriminate based on race or species, nor do we treat anyone special because of the same reason. In here everything is egalitarian, unless if we go by merits which will come at the mission. What I am about to do is to install 'non-lethal' settings"

Sam snaps his fingers as metal appendages remove and disassemble the weapons, analyzing the schematics prior undergoing reassembly

Sam hands over the cup to the new friend

"Teleportation is only the result, there are many ways to achieve that effect and thank you for this contribution"

@regal_rumble_man: Omega nodded "We will be resting in the Lobby if we need us"

@youngjustice:Kallik daughter of Omega saw John teleport in earlier and became interested in his powers, turning to her father she whispered something and than walked up to him "Hello" she said while giving a warm smile.

Like a newborn taking in his first breath, it began to scream. The air around him felt like fire, with his body twitching violently. The experiments pain only worsened as he stayed with his neck stuck on the cord. But then came the fluid.

His entire body and mind relaxed as information was suddenly pouring into his brain. He learnt his powers, abilities, skills...

His name.

Daniel opened his eyes.

Edward examined Daniel. Interesting. He clicked a button on his cane. The fluid inside Daniel suddenly became electric, This would trigger his power - He needed to see if he could easily become more than one person like he was made to. The powers he had given him were - Superhuman Agility - Phase through any Medium and make 1000 versions of himself that he could command. Edward clicked the button again, Daniel started to shake.
