He started this 'face' on a monday sometime in April, his first heroic venture was the time when he saved a child from a swerving taxi. The pristine patriot became a small time sensation, garnering a ripple in the community. A buzz of fame that he did not bother to maintain as he is occupied in other exploits, he and his handheld flag broke a gunfight in the middle of a school area. There were no casualties fave from a couple of broken joints. Friendly as he is valiant, available as he is just. Most of all he patrols even the 'bad' areas, not only middle-income and upper urban environments. This god worshipping individual raised questions, and unlike most heroes he is pro-mutant as he is a open minded and tolerant individual. Proceeds and donations are given away to AIDS research, this left handed legionnaire had recently made headlines in Stockton California when he peacefully resorted a hostage situation.

Hero. It was a different light, the feeling is similar but with more restraint and somehow more appraise from the bystander. Safety. They can feel at ease around him, pearly whites allow him to hug babies compared to knifelike tusks. He keeps his cool as not to fall to his hunger, the concave of the shield can be used as a plate and he can fit at least five fresh babies inside. But he is 'fasting', hunger is suppressed and refocused into servitude. PSA's are given, anti-drugs, anti-bullying and even pro tolerance. Social services which include soup kitchens and offering assistance in drug rehabilitation, most heroes tend to only arrive in fervor. Using fist and boot to solve social woes, he follows after to personally see it that some of these criminals can be reformed. That they have a chance to go back to society, it is a hard march but with social outreach he has made one or three successful tries. Some people turn to the power of Jesus, others work for the social cause of improving their neighbourhood. Life is about giving second chances, death removes the potential of a better future. He does not kill. he breaks them, picks up the pieces then applies restoration. It is a good 'mask' since it allows him to blend in with society, it will be a matter of time before the government makes him a role model or a hero group takes him under their wing. This is a challenge unlike any other, but it is good since he can be in more than one place at any given time. For those in the know he is the monster, but for the public he is their Idol.

But this 'lifetime' is one one that began as long rocky road, he did not take shortcuts when fabricating a hero. If he did he would be easily found, many monsters have done that too many times. Another older method is used, instead he developed on the 1st as harbinger of change. Nine months spent inside a surrogate's womb, it was Nativity as she cried with joy after years of trying to conceive a child. Her husband kept making excuses to hide his impotency, in the outside he hailed it as a miracle. Inside, he knew something is wrong. Anomalous, for Jack she was a doorway but everyone else called her Ms Allenby. She was a nurse and their father died in a car accident not long after his birth. A mystery. Because of that she raised him with her friends who shared the same apartment. He had to condition natural shapeshifting to an extent where it mimics human growth, large portions of his own memory wiped to ensure authenticity of a new identity. Mental blocks that release upon every passing lunar eclipse, even as an infant the All American is very perceptive. Others called him a 'genius' as he developed certain skills earlier than others on that age. In heart however he is a mommy's boy who grew up in a warm environment, he had to artifice love. The feeling. An emotion that is 'new' to him, as the original Devourer lived a life of abandonment. It was an arduous challenge. This woman and her friends are but ephemeral, they will die as he will stay the same.

Names remembered. Deeds repaid in kind, but most importantly the upbringing will be used as a foundation to develop his characteristics.

Teenage years, after homeschooling life had other things in store for the unruly hero. He is sheltered not to protect this man from the world but rather to protect the world from this man. If he were to be put in a public school he would end up on the news headlines, if put on private institutions then some rich bastard would file a lawsuit. As a personality he holds disdain for 'small talk' and others tend to perceive this as antisocial, he is very direct and has at times angered seniors with his blunt behaviour. Older kids in the area when he is sent to get groceries will often try to oppress him, they typical physical show off that ends exactly the same. Ending with him having to place their unconscious bodies in secluded area for them to find help later on. Growing up as a gifted child has disadvantages, schoolwork is tedious and he fits in with others of the same age. It wasn't identified until he learned it himself, doing everything in the most challenging way and never specifying on a single topic. He can do everything, he wanted to do more. Doing things other kids dream about when he was in late infancy, mostly in creativity. Storytelling, imagination and artistic values while maintaing conversation like a little adult. He kept his mother entertained. Neurotypicals chide him every chance they get, saying that his life is made and that he can do whatever he wants. Saying that he doesn't have to learn and that he will excel in whatever he does. Gifted being used as an insult in a way that mimics anti-intellectualism, almost a euphemism for stuck up elitist arsehole. It is just that he is on a neurologically different operating system, obviously because he is not a 'baseline' like the rest of the sheeps. More connection to the fear centre, processed in the flight or fight response. Others with similar cases have anxiety, and low esteem from perfectionism and pressure. Hard time doing easy work, focusing to learning the basics. Having a hard time finding challenges, especially when the teachers are unskilled.

Sometimes it mimics ADHD, being so full of ideas that it is hard to process. Too many interests that it is impossible to differentiate. Frozen with Indecision. One day deciding to leave to find his place in life, making a name for himself. Heading to the bustling city of New York. Beginning the trials of life, starting as a homeless man with an uncertain future.
