Lyimeari Jyasim is a ex-Delta force Marine born in United States. After supposedly being killed in action in operation Desert Storm, Jyasim was secretly moved to a medical facility where his very wealthy family paid for it is operation surgeries of experimental treatment. little is known how this treatment was done but apparently his life was saved and he was turned into a cyborg dependent on his cybernetics to live. This did not stop him as psyche grew 195 and became for short time a secret special forces agent for United States military.
Over time he began to hate "inferior" humans as he called it and fled from the US to Japan. Now Jyasim started up a company in Japan that secretly does deals under the table for weapons research, weapon dealing even advanced robotics dealing. Today Jyasim is the most wealthiest man on the planet and one of the most dangerous meta-humans for he controls the entire Japanese government under his pocketbook!
Godfreed is a demigod from another dimension and is here in this dimension to keep tabs on any other immortal beings or above. Little is known about him other than his ability to manipulate matter at will which is his only power that he seems to use or need to use.

Killing her assassin she fled to France where she laid low for the next two years.
few more years later she came out hiding somehow have the backing of the government and the wealth of Bill Gates and started her own top-secret counter terrorism agency known as STRIKE. STRIKE eventually became partnerships with shadow company and the two agencies work together to protect United States without the CIA's help or any agency for that matter.
