Well yes and no. There are hints that the Order of the Talon is closer to the Symaarian Holy navigator than it is to God. But the average soldier still thinks they're catholic, so they'd be corrupt. This would leave those who have uncovered the truth, the Symaarian Heresy as many call it; to take over once the Order resolves the civil war.
