A beautiful park with a bridge in the middle, but don’t be caught under it or in the park at night for that matter, because local gangs and intense criminals seem to hang out here.

Welcome to St. Cloud Enterprises the international leader in robotics and cybernetics.

St. Cloud Enterprises was founded in 1957 by Alan St. Cloud, father of Richard St. Cloud, and Grandfather of the current CEO and Chairman Charles St. Cloud.

Success takes time...

Not much success came in the beginning with Alan St. Cloud, with the time period it seemed as though not many people were interested in what he was ‘selling’. This almost bankrupting him and ending the Enterprises once and for all, but his son Richard was amazing. People in Richard’s time wanted to know more and he gave it to them a true genius, rising this almost rock bottom company to a leader and making him a multimillionaire, the problem with Richard is he was truly a man out of time, as his life and his wife’s life was cut short. Richard and Mary were found dead on 2008 in their vacation home, no one knew whom or why just it had happened. With Charles St. Cloud still in college, the members of the board split the duty and power and worked good enough to keep the company balanced. Graduating in 2010 came a new dawn, the dawn of new beginning.

Charles St. Cloud

“...I tell you dream not what you can do tomorrow, if it can be done today...” Charles said as a motto of the plans he had already thought of. Charles has many plans in advancing his company and also helping the once beautiful, but now treacherous place he grew up in known as New Haven. He will do whatever he has to so welcome to New Haven home of St. Cloud Enterprises.

I tell about the company because it’s the most important thing, in the city.

Rules:

• No Godmodding players, regular rules apply really.

• Don’t blow up the city, this doesn’t mean you can’t cause a little mayhem here or there Please every Batman needs a Joker right.

• If you wish to do something PM me

• Also visiting the company, for one on one or to actually talk to Charles set an appointment (In PM, Thread @ me, or however. So DON’T just show up skipping like this is the goddamn yellow brick road XD)

• There is a tour guide that allows you to venture some of the company. If you try anything, security is tip top and you will have to sell.

Charles sat in St. Cloud Tower, watching below at New Haven once a prosperous lovely get away type fill place, but now it's more grim, dark, and "GET ME AWAY FROM THIS PLACE". He planned to change, it and that's just what he was about to talk about it in the next meeting. Which was in 30 minutes, but until then, he put his legs on the desk, he would try to get some rest.

The bright lights of St. Cloud Enterprises shined upon the city of New Haven. Inside the building, more specifically the main conference room sat a group of men and women and the CEO, Charles St. Cloud stood in front of them talking. "...So ladies and gentlemen, I ask you what can we do to make this place better?" One of the men spoke, "You're crazy, you can't just change a city." "Why not?" asked Charles, "You must at least give an effort for this or they," he pointed out the window to the city, talking about the obvious criminals and thugs, "have already won...You can't just just slide by and allow them to continue to control this place."

A middle-aged lady rose her voice, "We could hire more cops or even bring some in." their was a series of laughter from her peers, "Sharon, you know the cops they're about just as corrupt as the men they put behind bars. As for bringing in people, they wouldn't allow fresh meat." Charles had been silent for several minutes as het sat down with his fingers pressed against one another, "I've been thinking about this and I would enjoy to hear your thoughts. I was planning on starting a series of events to raise money. This money would go to things I, myself would benefit New Haven. " "Like?" Sharon asked. "Well like fixing and demolishing broken homes, developing a local shelter home, and the one I am looking forward the most. A city- wide rail system that would reach to various districts in the city."

There was a bell toll, it was twelve o'clock as all the men and women simultaneously arose, and began to leave as though they were scared, "Charles, we'll meet again and talk about this idea later." Charles wanted to say something, but he understood the terror and havoc these representatives had seen in New Haven and why they couldn't stay longer. Charles walked to the big window as their cars came slowly and sped off as to make sure no one witnessed them or could even follow them home.

Fowler urinated behind the back alley and unzipped his pants as he walks to city hall, sleeping in front of the steps which appalled several other people as the piss stain is visible.

@Rumble Man: Charles walked passed the man, noticing the bad smell and stain that showed he soiled himself, he gently walked over and tapped him, pulling out a 20$, thinking the man was homeless, "Here go buy some new pants and get something to eat. Please if you have nowhere to stay, the shelter would politely take you in." He said with the 20 in hand and arm extended.

Fowler slept then woke up to see a very famous face within the cityscape, it was the man who practically owned it. With that advice the bioborg rapidly dashed past the gentlemen to the nearest store and cashed in for a mascot sized pants with fresh new gear. He then dashed back to properly declare his position regarding the conditions of the city "What a nice town you have here"

@Rumble Man: "I've seen it better, a word of advice don't venture too much at night alone." Charles said as he stood talking to the man before he would have to go discuss with some council members about the project he was setting up.

I come from seven nautical miles off the coast of suffolk outside the three mile territorial claim of the UK"

@Rumble Man: "If I may ask, What did you have planned to speak with them about?" Mr. St. Cloud was very concerned as he didn't want this place getting worse and was very intrigued to see if this man could help him improve it.

"Well just an chat of human resources and outsourcing, I am also interested in placing an embassy nearby on one of the blocks." Fowler came to bring good news about the Tritonian people, who will help push change to further improve people's lives at a reasonable pace.

@Rumble Man: "Hmm very interesting, I would be glad to set up a meeting and work over some of this stuff." Charles said as a friend, "If you would give a way to reach you, I would set something up ,but right now I must discuss my own ideas with the council members."

@DarkSorcerer: A man dressed in a white suit with white leather boots, a gold rolex around his left wrist and a large ruby flashing from a ring on his middle finger enters New Haven. He walks nonchalantly along the sidewalks of the city, flaunting his fiery red hair. He is here to visit St. Cloud Enterprises, and perhaps if he can establish some sort of business proposition, he may yet leave with something.

Howard hovers over the park and watches the few people left from the dimming light as they move about the trails. His eyes narrow on a Mr. Franco "Angel send me files on Franco." said Howard to his artificial assistant. 'ANGEL: Sending scans now Mr. King.' responded the A.I. a set of old police reports and head shots come up on his overwatch screen. A smile comes to Howard's face and he begins to descend...

Charles sits in the Main Conference room alone only with his thoughts. He rises from his seat to look outside of the window and down onto New Haven. The events were working just fine so far and tonight he would be hosting another. This event would be a city formal ball and he would talk about what he planned on achieving for New Haven, how he would turn this grim dark city into lovely, peaceful, and safe place. He slowly walked back to his seat and waited for the people to come for the meeting.
