Nemesis Enforcer (Horatio's Nest)

The Nemesis Enforcer is a mobile-base. It travels well below sea level, both by land and by sea. For the mobile station is built like a submersible as well as a tank, and has a highly advanced weapons system built into its Hull. A Supercomputer Mega brain controls the defense system as well as the constant driving, keeping the base always in motion. Never allowing it to be detected by radar for more then a few minutes at a time, before it vanishes into the murky depths of the sea. This Mega-station is built to withstand incredible amounts of presser, internal and external. The outer appearance of the base itself is nothing short of horrifying, as it resembles a giant mechanical squid.

While the inside resembles all that which a Mega-Base is supposed to invoke. Inside the massive Hull is an entire Base, which houses Horatio and his henchmen, and has enough room to spare for anywhere up to six more large families of people. The ship also has many farming areas to keep fresh provisions, as well as the large Fresh-Water tank system, and many other facilities as well. Including but not limited to:

• Professional fitness lab. (Gym.)
• Briefing Area. (Team Meeting Room.)
• Captains Quarters, Hull-room (Observation Deck.)
• Park Area. (Bio-Dome.)
• Science and research lab. (Horatio's Study.)

• Danger Room. (Like in X-Men.)
• Advanced Prison Holding Area.
• 5 Star Restaurant.
• Housing Units.

Thanks for the interest guys. This is Horatio's Batcave basically, he has Henchmen and a full staff. Interns and a few of his contacts from his RL are on board as well. He is a Doctor/Professor after all.

@Meticulous: I'm a sucker for a cool character base :-)

Horatio mans the mighty helm, of the Nemesis Enforcer.

@Meticulous:Green Lantern Kameo glided along side the ship as she saw it for the first time, she followed it with her jaw dropped in aw.

@kameo: The scanners detect a heartbeat as the mega-mind of the supercomputer sends a school of nanobots, designed for information gathering to swarm the invader. Not to cause harm, only to detect what exactly it was that was giving off the strange energy signature. The nanobots do as they are commanded as they swarm all over and all around Kameo. Something she would be completely unaware of unless she has microscopic vision, due to the fact that these nanobots are made up of the exact same chemical makeup of the local algae spores.

@Meticulous:Kameo continued to follow the giant robo squid like thing with curiosity not aware of the microscopic nanobots as she was focusing her attention on what was in front of her.

@kameo: After they have all collected samples of dead skin cells that have naturally fallen off of Kameo the 1st squad of nanobots returns to the mother-brain. They 2nd squad stays with Kameo as their solar reflectors are collecting small traces of the green energy residual bleeding. After they also collect they return to mother as well. Mother deducts that this is an energy construct of some unknown origin as she then transfers the information to the Captains observation screen. "Unknown Target. Construct. Carbon based life form."

"Kameo?"Horatio says as he scans the area with his virtual periscope until he locates flight path beside his rig. Then he speaks to her threw his audio system, as he pulls the mic to his mouth."What are you doing all the way out here little one?"his voice is deep naturally, but it is also warm and pleasant.

@Meticulous:Kameo was startled to hear a familiar voice"Horatio?...I was just exploring it's what I do"

@kameo:The aristocratic super genus chuckles softly to himself, before he asks the little lady in. "Come up to the front of the Hull and I will roll out the welcome mat." Horatio types a word into his keypad as Mother starts to generate an energy field, as a means of a gateway. The force field keeps the water from coming in, the air from seeping out, and allows Kameo's body to pass its proximity. On the other side of the gateway the Captain waits with is arms crossed.

@Meticulous:Going up to the front of the hull as instructed Kameo flawlessly entered through the gateway and remained levitating in the air as she looked around like a timid mouse.

@kameo: "I always liked a good adventure myself young one."the captain closes the gateway behind her and welcomes her into his domain with the proper greeting suited for such. He takes offers her is arm for a guided tour of his ship, its just something captains like to do."Would you like a tour?"

@Meticulous:Kameo lowered herself to the ground and took off her ring

the green lantern suit dissipated away and what was underneath was a jet black stealth suit, handing over her arm princess like Kameo replied"I would be honored"

@kameo: The young lovely green lantern known to Horatio as Kameo, pulls her ring off as her suit dissipates and she is clad in a sleek black suit. "You are dressed like a spy my dear, are you here to spy on a trusting old fool?" he chuckles jokingly as he takes her arm and leads her throughout his massive creation. The black suit is slimming which on such a petite lady, makes her look even more so. Horatio thinks about what his mother would have been like around Kameo, and how she would have tried to fatten her up with her meat pies and various baked goods. As the leave the Deck of the ship, it leads them into the bio-dome, a park area filled with all kinds of wild plants and gentle creatures one might find at a petting zoo.

@Meticulous:Kameo blushed at the comment letting out a single charming laugh, as he escorted her around she continued to be amazed which was revealed easily by her dilating eyes and its quick movements darting around as every turn seemed like a surprise and gift to her, once they came across the bio dome Kameo let out a exaggerated gasp"This place is amazing!..I haven't seen anything since the GDC base in Australia"

@kameo: "I'm glad you like it."he admits as they stand in the soft green grass of the park area, a young hare comes up to say hello.

@Meticulous:Kameo watched the hare as it came but did nothing and instead glanced at horatio to see what he would do.

@kameo: Horatio reaches into his vest pocket and pulls out a handful of chopped carrots, and tosses them down on the grass for the little rabbit to feast upon."I have named this little rascal Errol after an old friend of mine. From here we can travel to any of the other sections of the ship, we have pretty much everything one needs to be happy, healthy, and productive on this vessel."Horatio was dear friends with the late great actor Errol Flynn.

@Meticulous:Kameo nodded understandingly and than asked"How long have you had this ship?"

@kameo: Horatio sets his off hand on his chin, a gesture that suggests that he is thinking her question over."This ship is remotely new. Built within the last four years. I have had ships like her however since WW2. This is the newest and most advanced version... I have Captained over 8 vessels now. Never lost a single one, just needed to bed with the times... I still have the older models as well however."

@Meticulous: "Do our team members know about this?"

@kameo: "Some do... Some don't... You are the first team member to come visit me, if that is what you are asking."One of Horatio's henchmen walks across the park area in the background he is dressed in a purple ninja outfit with with a red sash and a red bandana."Would you like to join me for dinner tonight?"Horatio was starting to feel hungry, and seeing as how she is already there, he thought it would be rude not to ask her.

@Meticulous:Kameo nodded"Yes please"

@kameo: "Splendid... Is there anything that you will not eat, our chefs are top notch here. They make a new menu every night?"

@Meticulous: "Well I'm allergic to Whiskey...and sushi"

@kameo: "Interesting."he figures she just means she doesn't like Whiskey or sushi. "Noted." He writes the chiefs a note of Kameo's allergy and leads her to her seat which he pulls out for her. A waiter comes over to get there drink orders, as the Captain takes his seat. Horatio chooses to sit to the side of her instead of across from her. Each have their own corner of the square table. "Cabernet sauvignon?" the waiter asks his Captain. "Oui." Horatio says with a stern look on his face, as he glances at Kameo. "Ladies first however Xavier... You know that." the waiters face blushes. "Of course. Were are my manners. Forgive me madam. What would madam like?"

@Meticulous:Kameo embarrassingly spoke in a timid partly ashamed low voice"Cheese burger please"

@kameo: Xavier's face blushes even further. "Madam... Would you like anything to drink with your cheese burger?" Horatio smiles.

@Meticulous: "Well I've never had white wine before, may I have some with my meal?"Kameo asked politely

@kameo:The captain takes over for a moment noticing how shy is guest is about the situation. He feels it would help her relax, if he took charge of the situation a little. "Riesling for the lady, and yes Cabernet sauvignon, for myself." (white wine/Red wine.) "I will have a cheese burger as well." The Captain says with a smile on his face. Xavier looks at him like "You have to be joking?" but Horatio ensures him with a look of certainty that he is not. "As you wish."

@Meticulous:Kameo looked at Horatio and asked a question"Does my pony tail look nice?"obviously she was talking about her hair style

@kameo: Horatio is taken off guard a bit by her question, but he decides to answer her quickly and honestly."Indeed it does look nice. With your hair pulled back like that, I can see how pretty you are."he says as he takes a drink of the table water set in front of himself."I am sure it is a practical way for an adventurer to wear her hair as well. I am sure the last thing you need during a fight, is for your hair getting in the way of your vision."He quickly changes the conversation over to battle, to see if he can get away with telling her she is pretty.

@Meticulous: "Well it does pose a problem in close quarters, some people fight dirty and tend to go for the hair"Kameo frowned as a memory of somebody pulling her hair to get an advantage over her popped up.

@kameo: "That is how some people choose to fight. Cowardly people, feel the need to exploit the obvious weaknesses of their foes." Horatio says as he sets his hand on hers as a way of saying "Its okay." Not liking seeing her upset. "Now myself. I tend to attack peoples strengths, as a means to even the playing field. Take away their strengths and you don't have to exploit their weaknesses."

@Meticulous:Kameo nodded agreeingly and said something unexpected"Remember when we first met and you said I could be your daughter?"

@kameo: Horatio smiles. "I do remember. You helped me in my laboratory... Why do you ask?"

@Meticulous: "I'd like to meet your daughter some time"Kameo said humbly.

@kameo: "She passed away many years ago." he says without blinking. "She lived a long full happy life. But like all mortal life. It was all to brief. I am an Immortal Kameo... I have been so for over 200 years."

@kameo: The wine arrives at the table.

@Meticulous: "My condolences"Kameo said trying to comfort him.

@kameo: "You caught me off guard the first time we met. Because you do look an awful lot like her. But it has been many years since her death. I have made my peace. Thank you for your kindness all the same." he says as he takes a drink of his wine.

@Meticulous: Kameo spoke"My mother died during child birth and my father disappeared on the same day..I was raised an orphan so I never really had a father figure...that's why I asked"

@kameo: "What are you asking me exactly young one?"he is not sure what she wants of him."I have not been a father for a very long time. And the last time I was... The world made a whole lot more sense."

@Meticulous: "You just seemed like a nice father figure...and"Kameo shook her head"you know what never mind"

Horatio returns back to his lair with the Spartan as the receiving party welcomes their master home, the massive mobile Nemesis surfaces for mere moments a large door opens and the mobile suit lands safely within. The door closes and locks depressurizing, before Nemesis returns to her home along the murk depths of the Arabian Sea.
