For a long time, the town of Mazomanie, Wisconsin has maintained a pretty low crime rate. Lately though, there has been a slow, steady increase in violent and property crimes in the area, despite the hero Quickster and his efforts. Though no official connection has been drawn to a group, some believe there is a connection to be drawn. Quickster hopes to pick up the slack and halt the rise in crime, while clearing up any business with group affiliations connected to it. Little does he know, a certain vigilante inspired by a black bird is making a sudden appearance in town. With a case of mistaken motives, they may just end up tearing into each other, rather than getting to the bottom of anything.
