Flashy lights and a promise of a fight and Ruby Blake was instantaneously sold. The threat of potential and perhaps entirely probable death only made the hyperactive vixen more eccentric for the coming conflict. Soon enough Ruby had joined a colorful cast of contestants, she didn't pay much attention to the introductions. In fact her head just nodded affirmatively about every three seconds as if to say "I totally understand Phillip." But she really didn't hear a word he'd said other then firstly the Phillipians, that's what she was calling her team at least, had to fight each other. She rather liked this notion had to weed out the softies.
Generally however Ruby was just here for the chance to kick ass and chew bubblegum. Despite her assortment of talents she had a natural love for fighting. She did her best to avoid being a killer but really anything was good to go in her play book. Survival sometimes called for life or death and she accepted that, not to mention going into the illustrious tournament Ruby couldn't be bothered to contain herself. She joined Avalon as a receptionist but it was no secret her favorite part was when she got to drop kick people out of the building. Or would of been, almost no one dared attack the corporate domain that was the higharchy of the food chain. They'd planned to launch a heroic team financing daring heroics, but regretfully that was taking time. This left Ruby bored so entering the tournament her only thought was on kicking buts.
She found herself on what appeared to be Mars, the red earth lightly catching rays of the radiant sun. It was surprisingly hospitable she could breath fine, air did seem thin though to much exertion could be troublesome. A thick cloud like a tangerine fog lingered around the small city block. "I bet it's some Hunger Game ish, I ain't getting Mars Poisoning." In all honesty the dust clouds were just dust clouds the playful Ruby however didn't think the fight could be that simple. Taking a moment she tried to deduct what form would be best for the given predicament. She settled on gold.
A long pony tail of crimson hair swayed faintly in the artificial winds of the Martian Colony. Dressed in gold armor she slightly blended in with the red earth and rolling tides of dust. Seeking to use this as cover she stalked the town, in the golden visage she possessed the ability of magnetism or polarity as a ancient city of Martians it had a fair share of metals. Something Ruby used to try and pinpoint her targets. She'd try to close the distance before releasing spikes from the earth. She wanted to pin her prey down and fire a round in their pretty faces.
However Ruby also had no idea who she was fighting, if she could track them or if her powers would count for crap. But that was the part she loved the most. A joyous smile was plastered on her face at the thought of the unpredictable a of conflict.
