The meteor shower had dazzled people all across the world, but none of the spectators were quite as excited as the super-powered teen himself, Joey Beckham. He had spent his time chasing after the meteorites, flying through the air to each crash site and collecting them for fun. However, the last meteor had, by far, been the most interesting. Joey was nowhere near the site when the message was relayed from Gliese, the weird star-guy.

Upon hearing about the contest- and, after that, about the wish-granting star- the young hero grew eager. With any wish in the universe, he could grant himself a chance to age- to be like a normal person, an adult that could get a car, and babes, and a job!

... Or he could give himself mad-wizard-skills. He wasn't 100% sure yet, on which one he'd prefer... Probly the mad wizard skills. After all, adults had to deal with taxes, and jobs.

Whichever wishing option he took, Joey knew that he was going to be a part of this contest, and he was going to win it!

The First Round!

"Wha... What is this!?" Was the first thing out of the Joey's mouth. The field was speckled with small hills, and giant animals roamed the surface- however, as Joey soon learned by flying over to the huge beasts, he learned that they were stuffed, eyes as black as ebony staring back at him. With a sniff, he flied around the great beast, wind going through his silky hair before he collected himself, a shaky breath bringing him back to reality. A giant wishing-star, sure. But this was just a huge-ass bed!

Emerald green eyes scanning the battleground, he was soon able to spot his prey- who, undoubtedly, had also spotted him. After all, he wore a lemon yellow suit. Grabbing the teddy-bear next to him by the scruff of its neck, surprised by the physical strain that surged through his arms as he lifted the lumbering animal. However, the weight was good. It meant that the thing would serve as a better projectile.

Spinning the teddy around a bit to gather momentum, he launched the monstrosity in the direction of the man he was supposed to defeat, soon flying after the bear. If the small man managed to dodge the adorable toy, Joey would be there, ready to fill the foe's mouth with a load of left hook, with a whopping side of right uppercut...
