For months the Cult of Cardinals have attacked numerous cities within the world looking for information of the Lazarus pit. The Court of Owls, The Vigilantes, WAL all had run in's with the dangerous cult. Now South "Cardinal Island" Located in Grimm City, NJ, has been bought by the "Cult of Cardinals" as a safe haven for it's latest and final project: The physical rebirth of Ziccarra Liafador aka The Black Cardinal. Using the murderous Y-Intercept as a host; the people of Grimm City will soon Know Evil.

@Mercy_ Yep. Telekenesis, Telepathy combined, you'll take Sha intercept out before she can even get close. She won't have her echo-sphere equipment so she's not immune to it.

Haven't used the TP in about two years, she no longer has. But she's akin to Black Canary where she uses TK as a last resort and prefers to stand on her own fighting prowess...and gadgets :D
