Kill your Darlings: M-174 Boss fight (OOC) (Open)

So I've decided I can go without M for a little while. M has loomed in the shadows long enough. Time for the immortal machine to take people on. This is an open boss fight for those who wish to engage in a climactic, over-the-top battle with the powerful immortal machine.

Anything blacked out in my profile are things he does not have yet.

If you're interested, I'll make a story for it.

Power Grid

Intelligence: (6) In some places, M can be seemingly all knowing and has an essential infinite capacity for learning.

Strength: (7) Multi-Kiloton lifting. Up to 40,000 tons safely. More with overdrive. Combined with speed, leads to powerful strike with sufficient power to cause shockwaves. Can strike in the Kilotons, and even Megatons with effort and high momentum blows.

Speed: (5) Hypersonic. Usually runs at 200 mph, but can strike and dash at mach 12 and even more with overdrive. (Though risks harm if used extensively)

Durability: (6) Not indestructible but very durable.

Energy projection: (4) (5*) Heat. Sound. Vibrations.

Fighting ability: (6) Knows and has mastered various forms of martial arts as well created it's own

Setting and enemies

Mogadishu, Somalia

The streets near the center are covered in a black U-Fog it would be best to stay away from for many. To stick to rooftops and high up areas.

Enemies

Independent AI drones.

Power Grid

Standard drone (Left)

They fire non-lethal nanobullets as ammunition. These bullets are subsonic at around 525 mph and seem to be paintballs. However, once abosrbed into the skin, the liquid will absorb itself through the skin and bloodstream and paralyze it's target with a non-lethal neuro-toxin. Subject is then hauled off to the middle of the city and dropped into the sewers.

• Strength: (3) Greater then most humans. Can lift roughly 800 lbs overhead.
• Intelligence (2) Average.
• Speed (2) On par with a humans
• Durability (3) Can be penetrated by Armor piercing bullets.
• Energy Projection (1) None.
• Fighting ability (4) Experienced. Downloaded multiple martial arts

Augmented drone (Right)

Stronger than an ordinary drone, they are made for better hand to hand combat and to stop or delay metahumans who may choose to intervene. They can project short range electricity upon contact and have skills on par with an average MMA fighter.

• Strength: (4) 2 tons
• Intelligence: (2) Average
• Speed: (2.5) 45 mph run
• Durability: (3) Can only be penetrated by Armor piercing bullets of assault rifle power and above.
• Energy projection: (2) Short range electricity blasts to accompany melee attacks.
• Fighting ability: (4) Experienced. Downloaded multiple martial arts.

1. This is a pretty open role play. I don't have restrictions on who can post or intervene. Irregardless of power level. However...
2. Post here first before you post in the main thread.
3. It is your choice to sell the enemies.
4. M is of course, rather powerful. Currently he/it essentially owns the sewers. With utility fog flowing within it.
5. U-Fog can be destroyed by explosives, potent energy attacks and temperatures above 3800 F. However some of it is explosive.
6. Not a lot of people know In character the nature of this threat, that M is behind this or what M exactly is.
7. Have fun.

Interesting turn this story is taking. More then likely. It currently looks like encriptor and I will be going at it more. I'll probably post more frequently with him but won't put too much that pertains to anyone not involved.

However, won't post tootoo much. I have to wrap this up by December 11nth. That is the time scale of this event.

@encriptor: friendly tip, try and avoid massive explosions that can be seen from orbit, global power outage and other such moves. Earth being the main planet of cv you want to not go to cray as others won't consider it canon.

It's hard to explain but in simplest terms try and avoid things that are so big they should be a phenomenon but do to the size of the sight might not even be acknowledged

I was thinking the same thing. Nobody can really defend against that because not everyone is involved in the event. Something that effects CV on the worldly scale is usually something that has to be agreed on by a group. Which was kind of why I just had M let it rock.
