Hello everyone its your favorite clown the joker here to give you the info on this little establishment.

1. I run the show! So don't come in here thinking its your time to shine because your all third to me and second to Harley.

2. If you want to join in discuss it with either me or old Batsy and I think Sha but I'm not sure.

3. These are the taken characters so far. Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Batman, and who ever else i say in updates.

4. If you want to be a hero again talk it over with the heads bec. we dont need a whole bunch of over powered tight wearing idiots running around beating up the little itty bitty bad guys.

5. there can only be two actual heroes. One spots taken so you do the math... Any one else is welcome to pick up another villain or character such as Comisioner Gordon

6. If your like way too overpowered, hero or villain, try to tone it down a bit we dont want to have catastrophic battles on our hands here, its more about the story this time... so don't come in and just attack anything that moves

7. This story is going to branch out into other stories and may even lead to a crossover with our friendly neighborhood roach... if he is up to the challenge hehe.

8. Also all the villains will be under my command ... except the CVPD they are there own unit (if they join us)... so if you were thinking of being the leader of the villains you already broke rule one so you get out before i get ugly.

9. If you pick a character, please study up on him/her (if necessary) so you can contribute to the story as best you can

10. In all honesty (ooc) Please have fun and dis regard some of these rules its just me being the joker and andy i'm serious about that crossover ;-)

I think there should be an 11.

You can join as a CV member, but only villains. But you can only join if it fits for the rpg and is not overly powerful.

Just be Sha, but don't include your super powers. Just include skilled fighter, ninja weapons, etc.
