Here is the link to the offical rules that we use here on the Vine. Make sure that you have read them and understand it. If you have some questions on things just ask and I'm sure myself or someone else can answer anything you have.

I'm a hero now but I was one of the Vine's villains, and a former member of a lot of villain teams, but I have also been neutral and am as I said now a hero,  But hey you become my sidekick your teaming with the infamous at the same time he shocked his former allies in evil by going good
